We all know about the problems that exist in the staffing industry. Right from posting a job vacancy to hiring a candidate, the money involved is huge. Yet, 95% of companies admit that they recruit wrong people each year. So why aren’t the companies getting the best-fit even after spending lavishly? What are the loopholes?

Prime Talent Chain speculates the problem is not investing in the right candidates.
