The two main parameters used for building the skilled communities are location and skill set.

Apart from the two the below are also taken into consideration,

  • Skill rating
  • Educational qualification
  • Location Experience level
  • Feedback from previous Employers and interviewers
  • Domain and related aspects

Intermediaries like job portals, recruiters, staffing agencies, social media, advertisements, and large in-house recruitment teams, job consultancies are negated with PTC.

The main role of consultancies is to gather relevant and the most suitable candidates for the job role posed by the recruiter. Based on a few criteria set by the recruiter, the candidates who apply have to be filtered and this process when done manually takes a lot of time. At PTC, as soon as the required skill communities are accessed by the employer, a smart contract is created. Only the job seekers who comply with the set of parameters established by the recruiters are notified to take the recruitment process to the next level. Thus through an open mobile platform that consists of skill communities and hiring managers, the need for mediators is entirely avoided.

Intermediaries like job portals, recruiters, staffing agencies, social media, advertisements, and large in-house recruitment teams are negated. This decentralization opens up direct communication between hiring managers and candidates resulting in faster communication and instant update about the candidature. Blockchain technology, lauded for its secure and decentralized characteristics, makes data breach impossible. Privacy is maintained through our consensus protocol thus installing trust between the parties involved.
