Do u have an exchange also?

The ecosystem consists of two wallets; PTC Coin Wallet and Fiat Wallet with an Internal Exchange. The job seekers and employers can deposit into the fiat wallet and pay in Prime Talent Coins to the PTC portal while the service providers can withdraw in fiat currency for their work.

what is the use of skill communities?

With skill communities, the recruiters can access/contact the suitable candidates without intermediaries. The candidates in the skill communities are all background checked so the recruiter doesn’t have to spend time on vetting.

Are u gonna burn your coins?

Once the platform is ready, half of the coins as payments to our portal will be burnt thereby reducing the number of coins and increasing the demand. For example, if the coin holder pays 100 PTCs to the portal, 50 of which will be burnt. The coins will be burnt until there is a stable amount of coins to maintain liquidity. The tentative value currently is 100 million coins which will be liquid in the ecosystem for the payment structure. This will increase the demand for the coins resulting in an increased value.

So what are the parameters for segregation?

Location and the skill set of the candidates are the two main parameters for segregating the candidates.

The other parameters used for building the skilled communities are:
  • Skill rating
  • Educational qualification
  • Experience level
  • Feedback from previous employers and interviewers
  • Domain and related aspects

Why do you want to have skill communities? If you just have verified candidates itself it would be enough for the recruiters  to select.

When things are segregated based on a few parameters, it is easy to choose one among them. We all can agree on this. For instance, a neatly segregated wardrobe will help us save a lot of time when we try to find one apparel in particular.

This applies to the recruitment industry as well. You might be thinking How?

Candidates with different capabilities and skills apply for a role that is not entirely appropriate to them. When a job opening receives 250 resumes on average, 75% to 88% of them are unqualified or under qualified. For a recruiter, hiring the best-fit is easy when there is a group that consists of verified and skilled professionals.

PTC develops Skill Communities using Blockchain technology that makes it a highly secure solution solving the pressing problems of the recruitment industry.
