Grin price is going to remain under pressure by new supply for the near term. Only a very strong market and demand can offset the fast growing supply.

The only chance Grin would hold any value would be a drastic decrease in the miners. And with a quick adoption of the dark web. But it's so complicated to use the wallet, so I think it's unlikely.

@CjMapope. That would be easy to predict if we take into account that bitcoin is beginning to be bullish again. However, where would grin be in US dollar value in 3 months is the real issue. Can it lose $2 in value?

Which wallet?  Without Windows wallet and solid mobile wallet, it's senseless to even speak about adoption (not mass, but any adoption).
I didn't check last few weeks, but AFAIK there's no Win wallet for GRIN.

40000 - 42000 satoshis is a very good range to accumulate Grincoin, that got attention of theymos since its start and added as the second payment means for Copper Membership in the forum. I missed the flight of Grin coin months ago (early of 2019). It is not actually because I did not see or hear about Grin coin, its mainly due to my hesitation to invest into such very young altcoin, at extreme high price. So, I decided waiting to see it falls and my chances to fill my bag with cheap Grin coin. Now, it's the time to do it (just in my opinion, and for my portfolio). I don't suggest anyone else to buy the coin, instantly because it is probably that Grin coin will stuck there for weeks, or even months before accumulation in the range finish.

Grin is similar to bitcoin. they are all true decentralized coins. the forum has accepted GRIN payments. many coins have no real innovation, they just copy the bitcoin code. however, GRIN is not. It is a great innovation project.

I have to say that I am very surprised and impressed that it has held up as well as it has with the emission schedule.
I may have to rethink my plans to buy in a couple of years to maybe next year.
But it's still far too soon to make that decision.

However, you should not forget Grin's monetary policy which was designed to make the coin's price low for the first 25 years, I reckon. Theymos also said that it might fall to $0.50.

It also has low demand, no acceptance and the wallet is not easy to use for newbies.

I'm sure it's not a bottom. Due to grin economy coins becomes more and more. And it's no real use-cases where grin price will grow up. Miners sell it at once. 60 grin every minute are so huge that any can buy and hold it. But for what now? For interesting technology only. And cryptopunk spirit
