Yeah I agree. There is still hope for ICO's to clean it's current reputation which is pretty bad in the eye of investors though not all of them but majority are scammy projects. That's not going to happen, they do not want to gamble with their own money and they are going to use investor's funds to realize their project if they really have a project to boast, if there is a project like that people are going to invest if they are going to use their own funds.

I will start investing ICO if that ICO is backed up by a very great team and they project and token has a use case. I don't want to waste money on some ICO that don't have a plan in the future.
