Exactly a year ago, where towards the end of 2017 the price of bitcoin reached $ 15k. Then at the beginning of 2018 the price began to decline to date to $ 3800. Whatever happens with the price of bitcoin, in fact bitcoin is still always the most popular and become the king of crypto. Do you agree?

The price of bitcoin reached $20K at many reputed exchange and even it hit $22K at some P2P trading platforms which made very popularity to bitcoin on that time but all people who came later can only see the price dump to very low level so that some thing cryptos will eventually die but for me bitcoin will be the best for now and ever.

agree, it is true even though the price of bitcoin is down, but bitcoin remains popular in people's eyes. so that price has not affected the number of people who are involved in bitcoin. because in reality there are many people who are increasingly following Bitcoin. so that bitcoin will still be established at any time.

Bitcoin will be the king for good because it is the foundation of cryptocurrency and many investors are using this and investing more often compare to altcoins. Even if the price is dump right now many are still optimistic about the future, bitcoin will go up again very soon.

But if you are talking about what common people know of, I would say its Ripple.
I see a lot of questions being asked about XRP at the many meet ups I attend.
I think its cheap price also makes people interested.

Bitcoin will always be the most popular and the most used cryptocurrency in the crypto space and the world. People are so much concern about the price fluctuations without spending some time to get to know the benefits it has introduced to the financial world. People need to look beyond the market price of it and accept it as it is.

Ripple is known to us since before and it is more amazing seeing its continuous growth and even surpassing ETH in market volume. This big change may indicate that many investors have interest into this coin and even investing it more.
Even that surge happen to Ripple still BTC is the most popular coin in the market and if we ask the community, it surely they'll answer it. Its not all about its number but the name bringing  crypto into great.

They are really more aware with bitcoin and they don’t even know what is altcoin so for me, it can still be considered as the most popular cryptocurrency even we are dumped. We should always look for bitcoin because its value will be getting more higher in the next bull run.

Bitcoin is alive, the most popular and the most expensive cryptocurrency ever since it was created. Some say that it is just because it is the first cryptocurrency but I think that is more than that. With the support of a lot of investors, Bitcoin kept its reign for long years, more than 10 years to be exact and I think it will keep on even in the future.

Yeah Bitcoin popularity is pretty good, from the market we can see the dominance of Bitcoin, the high transaction volume indicates that many people are doing transaction using Bitcoin and Bitcoin also ever mention few times in movies, so compare to other coin Bitcoin still the most popular despite the huge falling price

BTC is still the most popular and I think it is still the best investment in cryptocurrency especially if you're a rich person who have thousands of dollars. It's volatility actually helps it to become the top coin. Unlike other coins that are in the top list, if bitcoin goes up, exponentially bitcoin is so much better than the top 2-10 coins.

Not new though but I agree. Most of the time, people tend to hear Bitcoin and with that, it will be a chain where they will be introduced to other altcoins. There are times that people will hear other coins but of course, they would still need to cross Bitcoin to be able to buy other cryptocurrency.

there are still so many people who are preaching about bitcoin nowadays, even those developments are noticed at all times. I can conclude that as something good. because of that, I think bitcoin is still popular today. besides that there are many things that support that development.

Hey yes Bitcoins is the most popular coin, and no alt coin can ever surpass it, they have tried it in the past and have failed. If you remember Bitcoins Cash was said to be the original bitcoin, look where it is, they even tried it with Ethereum and Ripple and look how badly it failed. In my personal opinion I don’t see any coin capable of taking bitcoins ever, due to bitcoin popularity and adoption rate.

That obvious, the market grow because of bitcoin and until now bitcoin is still the number 1.

Adoption of people is with BTC not with altcoins, so that already tells its popularity, I am hoping this will continue so the market will
also continue to grow, until now I'm still holding a decent number of BTC, hopefully the value will again grow.

Bitcoin is still not the most popular but also the most successful coin despite the price fall. And that is because it's still the most reliable, the most valuable and the most applicable in real world. So, despite all issues that Bitcoin has gone through and it will be going in the future I don't see how any oother coin could take it's place. There are prosperous coins at the market but they can only take the positions behind Bitcoin and try only to be the second best.

I guess bitcoin will never be out of date since it was the first coin created plus the trust of people through the years and the volatility of it also. Even the most of the people dumped bitcoin so hard for like 50% of its price last year its given that the people also expects from it from pure speculation.
