Seems Duck Dice have tagged from multiple DT members due to open scam accusation long time ago. Just noticed it from gambling section. On the other hand they have created new account yesterday Duck Dice PR and announced a signature campaign. No issue with signature campaign due they have used escrow service from forum.

Issue with website and their main account for open scam accusation which has got tag. So what about new account? It shouldn't be tag since its directly hosted with Duck Dice ? Red tag has given against of website as well, not only to user account.

1) Please provide link to old account directly in the thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=917361.
2) Notaek is complicit too IMO.
Thanks for pointing this out. I knew something was off when I saw their signature campaign, I just couldn't remember what.

Tagged both. I'm very tired of the 'sweep under the rug' mentality. This might turn into a Betcoin 2.0 situation.

I haven’t reviewed the scam accusation closely, however if it can be substantiated and is unresolved, no one should be advertising for them and anyone in their campaign should be made aware of the situation.

I believe that was the reason for which the signature campaign thread was created as self-moderated; this is very unusual practice for a signature campaign.

I will remove my ratings from notaek's profile and will wait for him to answer here before leaving a new feedback.

I also feel the same. Thanks for pointing out @CoolCryptovator

Edited, just forgot to add link. Thanks for point out. I don't think escrow holder should be tag. Perhaps he wasn't aware about their previous shady activity since it's too old accusation. I think it would be better is he return escrow fund and leave that campaign if he isn't hosted with Duck Dice.

Posting on their campaign thread is useless since they made self moderate thread. So how to prevent now users to join their campaign?

He knew; he is "close" with those people AFAIK. It would be very naive to think that the following two are true at the same time:
1) He didn't know.
2) He didn't question why it's a 1 post account and thus didn't find out about it.

Notified about this issue in their signature campaign thread : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5102953.msg49462069#msg49462069

I hope everyone will see it before it got deleted by OP since it is self moderated topic.

I was planning to apply on the campaign since I've rested for awhile and want to be active again in the forum, but I saw that OP was tagged.

May I know if participants will be tagged also?

<>   - - -  ---------------------------   <>

For everybody's information, OP is promoting sportsbet.io and their account https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=832366 is also red tagged by several DT members, including Lauda. So I want to know if it's safe to carry their signature in a signature campaign.

I don't want to get tag so I want to make this things very clear before I proceed with my action.

If it ends up following the Betcoin case, then yes.

For everybody's information, OP is promoting sportsbet.io and their account https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=832366 is also red tagged by several DT members, including Lauda. So I want to know if it's safe to carry their signature in a signature campaign.

Need opinions...
Good catch! I saw the campaign ran by a Newbie, and was happily surprised to see a green trusted user involved as escrow. Well, that didn't last Tongue

I also noticed a small army of high ranking users (with 0 earned Merit) that suddenly activated to join this campaign. About half of them were last active on January 13/14, the other half wasn't active for a few months.
I refuse to believe they all by coincidence saw this thread at the same time, so I'm pretty sure many of them are controlled by the same user.

For reference: thread archived.
These users have posted in that thread ("0 Merit earned" means they have sent Merit, if nothing is mentioned they've neither sent nor received Merit):

I did not know that; i.e. I forgot about this case. Interesting..
Seems they have explained details about accusation and as far as I know accuser got paid partially. Eventually there is no any response from accuser and he is offline from long time. Those accusation are lately open they are responding as well. If there is proven scam, never mind I will leave campaign and will be happy to tag them. If you have free time you can review that case.

Then it's partially settled, the scam accusation is still open until fully paid.

Eventually there is no any response from accuser and he is offline from long time.
You cannot expect a reply from  a person whose already offline for a long time, the explanation of sportsbet is more relevant than any other under the situatioin, and if the problem was really resolved, DT members would have remove the tag.

FYI, of the 5 DT who painted Duckdice, 4 of them are still very active, so why is it no one of them remove their rating?

Those accusation are lately open they are responding as well. If there is proven scam, never mind I will leave campaign and will be happy to tag them. If you have free time you can review that case.

We need Lauda's opinion on this.

Sorry, I wasn't aware about the scam accusation up until I saw the reference early this morning. I dropped (Crossed out) my application as soon as I saw the red trust and read this thread.

I can't trust a site that can't even ensure fairness of their terms. It's not even about the individual case that was published on-forum but about the entirety of it. I don't know how long the bonus had been running for but the rules were misleading and brutally unfair.

As a general thumb rule, one should not even attempt to join a campaign which is advertising a site and the site has open scam accusations against them by trustworthy members here. Its understandable that majority of the users here were not here when it happened but at least you should be doing a due diligence and check out which company you are going to advertise before jumping into wearing their signature.

People here are so much more interested in getting a share of the free cash that they forget to do research and a basic checkup. I would not say this if a scam accusation comes up after the campaign has started since that is beyond the scope of diligence prior to joining. But in this case its pretty much known to many older members and within the click of a few buttons for new members who are willing to join.

I did not know that; i.e. I forgot about this case. Interesting..
Seems they have explained details about accusation and as far as I know accuser got paid partially.
Then it's partially settled, the scam accusation is still open until fully paid.
It was completely settled given that the accuser took a compensation and left.

Eventually there is no any response from accuser and he is offline from long time.

In the part of the post that you're quoting he is talking about Sportsbet, not DuckDice IMO. There is zero reason to remove any ratings on DuckDice.

I've deleted my rating on Sportsbet and added a neutral one.

To be honest usually we are not bother to research when run a campaign by trusted managers like LoyceV, yahoo62278, Hhampuz , DarkStar_ and other. The problem is about nebiwe campaign management, just few days ago multiple campaign has scamed participant. That's why whenever I see the newbie campaign manager just try to research especially who haven't used escrow. But in that case I have seen used escrow then I simply leave. But during visit Gambling section I found their alt account and check all the feedback's. It was look suspicious to me that's why I open thread. Because may be we can solve the issue by discussing each other.

Actually, that's point a number of people shown their great enthusiasm over the campaign, nowadays newbie campaign management growing up rapidly and has ended up scam most of cases. People used to to feel safe in case a newbie campaign under reputable escrow service.
