If you get tired, learn to rest but never quit. Considering all the time and effort you've spent in crypto for the past few years, you've already loss a lot and quitting right now is not actually the most practical thing to do. When the market did not recover by the end of last year, I almost decided to sell everything and salvage whatever I can and permanently leave crypto. But somehow I stay and tried trading some crypto. Guess what, it was a very good decision because the cheap coin that I bought suddenly increased its market price sharply. I think the market is extremely bad such that it can even discourage me to exit. At least there are some coins which are still rising from 50% up to even 500%. The market is under corrections now
