1. Reason why I'm creating this topic:

Sorry wojteks102, you are banned from posting or sending personal messages on this forum.

know why I have been giving out merits, so no way that I'm banned for that.

So, finally I have got a question for more experienced people here on bitcointalk: I really doubt that I'm banned for no reason, so can somebody explain me what I have done wrong and what are the chances of getting an unban?

Autoban = ban. There are no different type of bans.

I will tell you the same thing everyone will. You must have plagiarised.

Now I can't be arsed to go through your entire post history, but some specialist definitely might and prove you wrong.

Basically plagiarism is the only reason for bans nowadays.
And your chances are basically 0

Historic plagiarism might be a likely cause of this issue if nothing else.

AFAIK merit is unmoderated and community patrolled (unless you're a merit source).

If you feel neither of these were the issue and you weren't a slammer then maybe it was a mistake but based on the 1 earnt merit, unless you didn't post very much, it could be for spamming.

Due to facebook restrictions about fb account activity, but I doubt it is strange and a reason for ban.

I'm just wondering if there is something what I can do except sending an e-mail..
The fact that bothers me is that everybody is saying about nearly 0 chances of unban in this situation, so I guess there is must be something more significant, which I have done in terms of violation of the regulations.

I haven't checked all your posts and also I am not enforcing the rules.

The email is your only real shot at it as far as I know. But if you make some nose here it might also get attention if the ban was overzealous.

So right now, in case of my mistake (of copying @Yana_1 report and forgotting to delete his facebook profile link) and account @Yana_1 autobanned for sth I don't know, according to rule 25. if you're banned you cannot use another account, so this is automatic violation of rule 25. and ban of account @wojteks102 because of the same facebook profile link but what is interesting most that people in post shared by @Lafu came to conclusion that @Yana_1  account is not my alt (good job done by them) but probably automatic bot didn't know about that.

Maybe a bit mixed story but I guess that is the reason

I know that. However this happened only once. Even if it is possible this is a multi account of yours, I am personally not convinced and the evidence doesn't seem compelling to me.

However if this is really you, global mods might have access to ips and would know for sure. In any case email + explanation + maybe link to this thread is the way to go.

This was probably was seen by moderators as a ban evasion [p.25].

If it was done by negligence and you're sure that you didn't break forum rules, then, I think, you should contact with the Global Moderators.

I think your account is blocked, maybe it's likely to lead to the rules below:

1. No zero or low value, pointless or uninteresting posts or threads. [1][e]

However, trolling isn't allowed. If a user is habitually posting obviously false nonsense ("obviously false nonsense" to an outsider, NOT to someone who follows or is involved in the discussion) just to stir up trouble, then it's considered trolling, which is prohibited. Such cases should be thoroughly documented in the report though (There are tons of reports that just say "trolling", but moderators don't have time to look through each user's post).
