Also, check the data on how many users use dapps in Ethereum. It is not that many.

But almost all projects are pumping today. Probably Bitcoin will test 4200USD again. But EOS and ETH are pumping more then the others so it could have something to do about the chineses that you talk about. Cardano is also pumping.

@vit05. It might be because those Chinese investors might not be bitcoin holders. I speculate that this is new fiat coming into the cryptospace. For that reason, they needed to buy bitcoin first which caused that pump, then buy EOS and Ethereum next which caused another pump.

I might also be wrong. This is only my speculation.

not a pump. ethereum increased only 10% . it will come again 130s and maybe 120s in two weeks.

We will never find this result because market is growing slowly so anytime this will change the result. Recently Bitcoin marketcap was gradually increasing so other altcoins are follow this way. But Chinese New year is not a big impact in this platform so we will see the future changes, If you are a long term investor never worried in any situation.

   Almost all pumping stories come from China. We really need to love them for that, they are very enthusiastic people. Year ago I read how
NEO is Chinese Ethereum, they will pump NEO too.
   There will be a big need for platforms in the future, I believe in Ethereum, EOS and NEO future. I believe that not only Chinese will pump
this platforms, people across the world will do that. Maybe the biggest wave will start in China, which is not strange, China is big country.

Perhaps this is an advertising move to create a positive image of these networks against the background of a falling market. I believe that the EOS network is promising. At the level of the general dump in the price of cryptocurrency, the drop in the EOS is much less than  an other.

I read that ontology will replace NEO for Asia new ICO. There are a lot of new systems that take ICO on their blockchain. IMHO eth will rise but not too high, because of a lot of new competitors.

The fact is that not only on bitcointalk but also in Telegram and in other forums there is a discussion about a really big prospect in the near future not only for ethereum, but also for EOS. I also observe a certain migration of many projects from other platforms to EOS. This also suggests possible better prospects for these platforms.

I really doubt that is going to make too much impact in the market seeing that things are basically staying the same i mean they didnt mention buying large stoke of EOS or ETH they just made a ranking which anybody can make his or her own so based on their technological view they prefer EOS and i havent even seen any smart contract or dapp from china on EOS. Are you only saying this? EOS is already pumping hehehe. Your only choices are to buy now or wait for a correction for a chance to buy low.

I think that makes the price of eos and ethereum not an influence from the country of China, I think this is the effect of rising bitcoin prices with the USD exchange rate which has a price increase, you can see when the bitcoin price rises the price of all coins, including ethereum and eos like bitcoin price movements.

Not only ETH and EOS, but the whole crypto market also pumped. So, I don't think it is happened because of Chinese investors/traders. Rather the crypto market has some good news, therefore ETH hard fork is coming! So, by all means, every coin's price is pumping. You might be right but still, I have a different opinion here.
