In order to make 500 dollars a month from BET with todays "10k bet dividend per week" you would require 150k BETS, 10k bet makes about 8 dollars a week and that is 32 dollars a month which means 500 divide to 32 is 15 and 15 times 10k is 150k. Considering you make 1 BET from 20 eos wagered, in order to have 150k BET you would have to wager 3 million eos (a bit more).

Eos is about 3.75 or so right now which means in order to make 500 dollars a month and have a living you would be required to gamble over 11 million dollars. Can you see the INSANE difference? Like you gamble 11 million dollars but only get 500 dollars back every month, I don't care how much "forever" that is, I feel like it doesn't worth it AT ALL.

Well this only is true if you believe it will not grow much more... you're assuming it will grow only at the inflation rate, while looking at the gambling market there is SOOOO much more to gain than just the inflation rate. I believe volume of EOSbet will go up from about 100-200k per day now to 10M within 1-2 years and if the are going really big 100M in 10 years or so. Of course this is wild speculation, but seeing how much volume normal centralized casino's do this is still not very much. So yeah lets take 1% house edge instead of 1.25 I believe it is. In 1-2 years revenue will be 1M per day. Minus operation costs 20% means 800k per day for shareholders. which means 800k / 88M (total supply) = 0.01 per BET token. Which is 100 $ per day if you own 10k BET.

But even if you don't believe EOSBet could grow like this. The way I see it, getting BET tokens for playing is only a bonus. A bonus which will generate bigger bonuses over time on top of the bonus value itself. So you can claim the dividends (the generated bonus over time) which is just an extra on top of your winning (if you won of course). But you can also sell your BET tokens (your initial bonus).

Haven't seen any questions about legitimacy of EOSBet. Just a message you basically calling them a scam. If you didn't mean it that way, you should be careful how you word things...

I do not doubt their legitimacy, they do look totally legit and why wouldn't they be, look at how the casino runs and how much the BET holders make and how much the team owns in BET and see if they need any scamy or shady stuff to make money. That is how I sometimes test out the new places, eosbet is not "new" but it is quite new compared to many others and yeah of course we will need to trust them at some point and in order to trust I always check out how "realistic" their approach is.

These dudes basically created a "self-run" casino all by itself and I am 100% sure they are not scamming anyone because they took a bunch of BET for free and told people to bet millions of dollars just to have enough BET to cover a simple utility bill expense, looking at how hard it is and how they already gave themselves free money forever, I see no reason for them to scam anymore, they are already swimming in cash and making others spend tons to reach their own levels, I do not think they even need to scam anyone with this method.
