Something is wrong with their deposit/withdrawal.
I can confirm that at least 2 users got withdrawal twice. I have DMed my contact but unfortunately he is offline.

Count me in. I have also received the withdrawal amount twice from Earnbet. I just checked it after watching the post of 'wakier'. Looks like the issue happened today at 12:00 AM GMT. My withdrawal amount wasn't big. And I would like to return the funds to them which they have sent me for this error. Their support team isn't active now.

BTW, it seems like there are issues on the Earnbet casino website. Nothing is working there. Hopefully, the Earnbet team will manage to resolve the issues quickly.

For exchange site that is not applicable but however, with casinos they are always strict to the input address chain, even they are all same coin but with different network you would be required to use same network to pull out your funds.
I had similar experience back then and i think either I created topic about that asking question why that are not permit to happened on the gambling site.

Perhaps the reason gambling sites don't allow multiple networks to run on their sites is because they don't want to be perceived as money laundering sites or used for such purposes by malicious individuals. Therefore, when users of these sites have to withdraw funds through the same network, such indications wouldn't occur to many people because the funds are flowing in and out through a single network. This is very different from exchanges, which intentionally provide more network services for the various coins listed on the exchange itself.

And yes I so much love that way gambling site has implemented at least it would help them control how people could launder money to site and withdraw it through another network, but as they stood strong on their decision it could be that hard for them to make deposit and have it withdrawn through other network and this can actually increase the rate of money laundering which could be coming from a dirty sources.

If Little Mouse can confirm that there was an error in the withdrawal made by Earnbet, you must be willing to send it back to Earnbet because it is not the recipient's right but their right. You are great if you make a refund when everything is stable if there is a problem with Earnbet internally.

@Bitinity I can only second this! I think everyone here who has used Earnbet.io probably noticed that they are ultra fast in processing withdrawals and they never come up with any shenanigans so far. Be smart and send back those funds. I don't know how big the damage is, but damaging a casino that is living up to what we all ask for, would be pretty dumb.

Yesterday I withdrew funds and it got stuck for the first time. Only then did I find out in this thread that there is trouble and damn, double withdrawals are big trouble! I gave them time of course without complaining and guess what, Earnbet.io processed my withdrawal in the meantime. Of course they need time to sort their problems out, not a big deal for me. Would have waited weeks if necessary.

So again, if you are affected by(or profited from if you will...) by the double withdrawals, show some integrity and send it back.

These guys are processing any withdrawal requests within a blink of an eye, they do not deserve to suffer from a mistake.

I of course messaged them about this problem yesterday and asked for a deposit address to send the funds back.
But the support agent somehow misunderstood or ignored my message and only replied that the problem got solved.
Have followed up with the TX IDs and asked for a deposit address again but a bit annoyed that the support agent absolutely ignored my first message.

Depsoit credit issue was fixed that day. My Deposit credited and I also withdraw . So the bug has been fixed. If you wants to play your usual games on this casino , you can. I made deposit today also, there was no issue regarding the deposit and withdrawals.

As expected. But the most important thing is that they spend time sending messages to formally inform everyone that the issue is already fixed.

But their speed of response is a little slow. They must be more responsive and, as much as possible, work 24/7. Because this is very important, it plays a big role and is a huge factor that makes gamblers stay longer.

At least many are honest, even though this will favor the gamblers. Kudos to them, and I believe Earnbet is happy for their feedback and support.

I don't think you can send it back or do anything with it... The wallet shows we received a double withdrawal, but the half is not confirmed, and we can't do anything with it. It's what happened to me a few times with other casinos. After some time, everything gets back to normal. Maybe this is something different, but after reading comments, it looks like that... maybe others can confirm it.

I saw their chat box and support is very active in there giving rain or tip on top of answering general question from other user.

What they need to improve is the personal chat support because that’s a 3rd party support service since it redirects outside the casino.

I also received the exact same message when I tried to resend a double withdrawal yesterday. I think it's reasonable for customer support to send the same message, as they likely assume the issue is the same, so they don't bother providing a different response. Still, Earnbet’s customer support really needs some improvement, because sometimes the support team isn’t available and I can only reach them by email when I run into a problem.

I agree, not from the EarnBets core team. And I hope they are aware of the situation already, so they can find ways to improve it and show the community that they are working on providing the excellent service that gamblers are looking for.

I believe that this is not what the team expected to happen. But as usual, mistakes are going to happen despite being too careful. However, this will not be a big deal as long as it acknowledges and explains everything rather than just giving bland answers.
