If a casino suspect some accounts on their platform, I believe that there are many reasons from data they have about those accounts and bet activities. Therefore, there is no chance for those accounts to appeal anything as Earnbet is like other casinos with good business and reputation, won't make big decisions on user accounts without evidence. Usually they will put suspicious accounts under their radar and collect more data in order to prove that their initial concern is true, before taking action against those accounts.

With users who don't want to refund mistakenly processed funds to Earnbet, I believe they know risk with their accounts in the future.

We always support improvements to the site or anything else that is interesting. We also won't ignore anything that could be taken into consideration by the casino's development team. We believe that the Earnbet team always strives to resolve every issue, and so far, they have always valued feedback from members.

Here, I don't see a flood of complaints, and regarding double withdrawals, for me, that's not a complaint but a discussion conducted for the betterment and improvement of the site to make it even better, and that's what we do here

Speaking of, I would like to see EarnBet add new slots. I'm not talking about from new providers, but from their currently onboarded ones. Looking at their new releases section, it appears they haven't added any new slots since my last play here which IIRC sometime in December last year.

This is also what I have observed not only in EarnBet but also in other X accounts in which people gamble. It seems that X is obeying local regulations, i.e. when a nation prohibits gambling advertising then those accounts are covered up or censored. The location-independent access to the new rules on age verification may also vary. It is a little irritating, yet X appears to be doing its best to remain in business and not to get into legal issues in some areas.

Well the X has increased restrictions on the casino accounts as per their policy and they are against the spam and also related to gambling promotions. It has been noticed that casino related accounts are restricted or suspended over months and this is to align with the X policies that do not encourage gambling ads.

That's right, that's the reason behind this restriction. Your country will probably either not allow online gambling at all, or at least not crypto online gambling. Incidentally, this may not only affect online gambling... if your country decides that you are not allowed to read news from sources XYZ (prominent example: Russian news portals in parts of the EU), then this X must also block you. To what extent this borders on censorship is something everyone can answer for themselves.

The whole thing can (currently) be counteracted relatively easily by using sites that simply display the content of X. Of course, you can't interact with the posts and like or repost them. VPNs are also an option, but this will certainly be stopped in the near future.

Two most common reasons for restriction is gambling is illegal in that nation so casinos have to blacklist that nation, and another reason is that nation belongs to a sanction list OFAC for example. No company want to provide their service to people who are from a sanctioned nation because it potentially will result in big troubles for their business later.

If it is not a sanctioned nation but gambling is not legal but either illegal or allegal, people in that nation can still try to access online casinos for gambling. They can do that legally if that casino does not block that nation IP addresses or they can use tool to bypass IP address restriction. The second option is risky as casino later can terminate such accounts and confiscate fund as well.
