Yes. Based on the previous newsletter info posted on their official Telegram channel, the hidden codes give crypto-rewards. It's probably added directly to your balance once you claim it.
Also, apparently, only the first 5 users who find it and claim it will receive the rewards, at least based on the previous newsletters. Not sure if the recent newsletters' codes are the same as the previous ones, though.

It means the bonus code claim limit is always low here. There were only 7 claim limits on the 12th March newsletter email. Earnbet budget is too low for the weekly newsletter bonus codes. It gives a hint that EarnBet is far away from the other popular casinos in the crypto gambling industry.

They need to improve several things on their platform. I'm still concerned about the in-house games here, the provably fair mechanism isn't available at EarnBet.

This restriction to X users is only possible if EarnBet.io have links of user accounts to X accounts. If they don't have that feature to link accounts on EarnBet to social media like X, it is impossible to do what you suggested.

In marketing, sometimes companies will do marketing programs with "first comes first serves" offer and with limited slots too but they must have tools for doing that. Your suggestion is good but is it possible or not, it depends on the infrastructure of EarnBet.

They should limit the code so no one can abuse it but if the number who claim the code is not many, others can claim the code and pretending they are not yet get it. But casino will know somehow without people know.

The first comes first serves can be done and by limitations of the claim, that also prevent from double claims. If Earnbet care with this, they will modify the rules and also the number of claims so only those who lucky will get the rewards.

That'll probably be added to the long list of suggestions previously made on this thread by various users. Which I hope, they'll implement one at a time, soon.
On another note, it seems EarnBet is cooking something for rewarding the content creators, the EarnBet Creator Program. Perhaps this is geared towards those streamers.

That's why I said that the whole system of EarnBet is backdated. They need to improve every section of their platform to attract more bettors. Earnbet won't be able to survive for a long time in the gambling industry with its current VIP loyalty system. BTW, did they reduce the rakeback rate recently? Now it says "claim up to 35% rakeback" in the rewards page.

Probably, I think it was around 60% before (at least based on the contents of the first post). Also, from what I know, you can increase your rakeback by staking EBET Tokens. Not sure up to how much, though. Or 35% the maximum?
On another note, it seems some whales have been enjoying placing bets on EarnBet's blackjack recently, and they are earning good profits too. Bigger risks, bigger rewards.

According to their marketing strategy, the rakeback rate was 62.5%. They have reduced it significantly this month. I'm not sure when the changes have been made exactly. Now Earnbet says we will receive up to 35% rakeback. But the maximum rakeback rate is 28% on the highest VIP rank. EBET token boost the process of getting the highest rakeback earlier. That is how it has been manipulated now, at times I wonder if they are just tricking people to get their assets, funny. Technology really has done more harm than good to some extent, I do not really get myself involved in such promotions because most of it are very difficult to access, except a person is determined and consistent with other means. I am pretty much sure there is people here who are using VPN for multiple stuff including to bypass the ban imposed by their countries on gambling services and some websites. I don't see a problem about that until it comes to creating an account and especially if you have to fill your KYC information.
