There is an interesting question over on Earnbet's X profile asked by their team, and I thought I could repeat it here to see what the gambling community thinks. Here it goes: $100 in gold, $100 in Bitcoin, $100 in slots freeplay. Which one are you choosing and why? https://x.com/EarnBetCasino/status/2041923878344065214Honestly, I would take the bitcoin. I think BTC has more upside potential than gold at the current valuation, and I don't like slot games. So, it's an easy one for me. What about everyone else? BTC, as always. While the $100 free spins on slots may have some potential to be doubled or tripled, there's also a huge risk of all of that getting burned when your luck suddenly runs out. Unless, of course, you're really into playing slots and want to try out your luck with that $100. Gold? Nah, its a safe store of value, sure, but that's all there is to it.

I have contacted support and here is what they have said about 8 bucks fee: "The USDT (TRC20) withdrawal fee on our platform reflects network fees, processing costs, and system maintenance required to ensure fast and secure transactions."
I would understand the need to ask additional withdrawal fees for network/transaction fees, and processing costs, 'cause that's just how TRON network works, but for system maintenance? Meanwhile, some new crypto-casinos now even have zero withdrawal fees. At least I have checked how or that their support work Because at first it was confusing experience for me. When I clicked on support button and it offered me to write name and email, I though that next step will be writing my issue in a form and sending it. But instead it lead to live chat. Looks a little bit complicated. Because I am used to clicking on live support, then script gives me default Q&A, or later lead to chatting. On Earnbet, you as if login to chat while being logged in already to platform. I dont understand why I had to fill name and email to start chatting. I have expected, if I filled my email, casino would send me copy of our conversation there.

I saw it on X regarding that question.
I would choose $100 in freeplay slots because I enjoy slot games. If I were to invest in Bitcoin, I wouldn't put it there, even though it has more upside potential than gold.
The question wasn't if you wanted to keep your bitcoin at Earnbet, but what would you rather have of the three options if someone were to give it to you. If you picked $100 worth of gold, you wouldn't be able to store that in Earnbet either, especially not in a physical form. Maybe the casino supports deposits in a gold token of some kind, but I don't think it does. You chose $100 of free spins, that's fine.

Probably they are using 3rd party support service since they still required to input email and name which is the standard form on submitting chat on this service. Directly transfer to live chat after input of details is already good since some casino use a ticketing system instead of direct interaction with the support during the initial contact. Btw, what’s the transaction fee on other network with USDT? Tron seems pumping hard their fee.

I guess the requirement of an email address before the support process starts is likely their way of fighting against attacks or spam their support chats. It can be their internal checking with the email address, and if it is truly an used email address for account on their casino, they will continue the chat with user. Otherwise, the chat support might be close or just asking the user to give a correct email address. If you already use their chat support, you can try to enter an email address that does not exist and test this assumption.

EarnBet supports USDT only on two networks. You already know about Tron. The minimum withdrawal there is 10 USDT and the current network fees sit at 8.42 USDT. The second supported blockchain is Ethereum. The minimum withdrawal is also 10 USDT, but the withdrawal fees cost only 0.074 USDT. As you can see, there is a big difference between the two, and it's not worth it gambling with USDT on Tron at the moment.

Ethereum blockchain gives users better on chain transaction fees in many latest months compares to Tron blockchain. Your information is interesting but because you are a user at Earnbet, can I ask you one question more? Does Earnbet allow deposit USDT on ERC20 chain and withdraw fund on TRC20 chain, and similarly with deposit of USDT on TRC20 chain but withdrawal on ERC20 chain? Is it possible to do like this on Earnbet?

No, at least that's what other users have previously stated on this thread. I haven't personally tried that since I hate using TRON, ridiculous fees. I had raised questions about it a long time ago. The most annoying part is that they consider USDT deposits on the ERC20 and TRC20 networks as different crypto. As a result, we are not allowed to withdraw in the ERC20 network after making a deposit on the TRC20 network. There is no way to avoid this unnecessary high fee.

But in EarnBet I use both ERC20 chain for usdt. Since there are two networks supporting USDT, deposit and withdrawal can be accepted in different networks. But I have never tried it on EarnBet. For more confirmation we should refer to TOS or contact CS. But it is acceptable in betfury, Example : Deposit (BEP20 network) and withdrawal (POL network). I am using USDT like this many times, There was no problem.

However, some platforms allow you to bridge. It depends on the platform and what kind of facilities they are providing to the users. There are also platforms that allow you to withdraw it in fiat if you deposit crypto and in crypto if you deposit fiat, I do not have a history of withdrawing on Earnbet because I have never deposited money here and have not gambled, which is why I have not needed to withdraw money from here, so I cannot tell you their system accurately yet, but if you have any doubts and you want to be confirmed before depositing, you can message their CS and get information from there.
