Before making the deposit, the transaction fee was already checked and there was no issue on the ETH network. But there is another user dealing with the same problem and it has been going on for around 24 hours with no fix yet.

Is it just the two of you or are more people reporting issues with their deposits not being credited to their accounts? I am asking because in your previous post you mentioned multiple people complaining. Now you are just talking about one additional person.

I am sure you are experienced enough and have done that already but it doesn't hurt to ask. Have you checked that transaction you made to your EarnBet account on a block explorer to see if it has been confirmed and that it was sent to the correct address and using the right network?

Yep, there are a significant changes to Earnbet UI. Now it looks a lot better. But don't expect to see any changes of their sportsbook UI. Earnbet sportsbook odds provider is SoftSwiss, and the UI of their sportsbook is delivered by the odds provider. The UI is the same for all the sportsbooks with SoftSwiss provider. There will be changes to the sportsbook UI if the odds provider team does it from their side.

My USDT deposit through the ETH network is still not credited, even though it usually gets credited right away. I also saw some players in the chatbox having the same issue, so this might be happening to others too. ~

Most probably there is an issue with their deposit system API. You will receive it for sure. But it may take a few hours from Earnbet team to resolve the issue, which could be frustrating. There were issues with withdrawal a few weeks ago. It was resolved after around 10 hours.

My mistake earlier, there was a time gap between the messages in the chatbox about deposit issues, that is why only one person was mentioned. As for the deposit it was done correctly, right address, right network and the transaction is already confirmed. Support has also created a ticket for this, so hopefully it does not take too long and gets resolved faster than what that other user experienced.

Thanks for the info. At least now it is clear that the deposit will be credited, just need to wait a little longer. It is a bit annoying but based on the previous withdrawal issue that was fixed in about 10 hours, hopefully this one does not take much longer.

They usually answer via chat box or the support chat located on the bottom right side with circle logo with “support” text on it. You will need to provide email and name to redirect to their live chat.

I just check the chat and it seems that the support already replied to your posted concern in there.

It's the World Cup, not a good time for them to have such issues, especially when they were just calling out their followers to place a bet on their sports betting feature. I do hope this time around, it won't take several hours to get solved.

Looks like there are 4 complaints of similar issues raised on their chatbox (at least from what I can count).
So, what's the update on this? Did your deposits finally gets credited? 12 hours is a long time to wait.

An EarnBet slot player has won the maximum possible amount on Sugar Rush 1000. The player won $125,000. EarnBet reports that his bet was $5 and that he got a 25,000x multiplier, but they also mention a super bonus. That surely means that he bought "Super Free Spins." If the base bet is $5, the super bonus probably cost him $12,500.

There is no replay of the win.
