About the Sports feature that just launched a few weeks ago, there is one thing worth mentioning about the interface on PC/Desktop feels too small, almost like browsing on a mobile screen. Tried closing the chatbox and side panel to free up some space but the Sportsbook section still feels narrow, particularly toward the bottom. Expanding it a bit more vertically would make a big difference for the overall desktop experience.

I have noticed that too. But on my huge monitor is aint that bad. I think suggestion for casino will be testing sports betting on various screens, as I think they have dont it for big monitors or tested on them only. Cant imagine how it would look on 13-15' inch laptop screen.

They should make that All bets-recent bets section be able to put in hide mode. While choosing sports bet to make, I dont think that many need info about bets made in house games, slots and etc. Constantly updating info is more distracting than helpful.

I'd like to share my experience using Earnbet sports betting.
After receiving prizes from price prediction contests and playing slots with disappointing results, I thought it would be better to use my remaining funds to try their sports betting. Everything went well, and fortunately, the results were good this time.

The issue was not fully fixed. The withdrawal came back to the account even though the status showed "Transfer Completed". Received an email from Earnbet to try withdrawing again and did it right away, but the status is still on "Pending Transfer". Hoping this gets done soon because the funds are really needed right now.

I am accessing EarnBet on a laptop with a 15 inch monitor. It doesn't look too bad in my opinion. It's true that the interface isn't as wide as it could be. But if what I am seeing is the maximum width, then I agree that it wouldn't look good on a bigger screen.

You can enable and disable the live chat anytime you want. On the top right corner there is a chat icon. Click on it and you will turn it off.

I have made comments about this withdrawal and deposit issues in the past and am surprised it still lingers in the present, perhaps this is due to a fault in their hit wallet system or an unannounced RPC node sync failure on the Blockchain backend.
Hopefully this gets resolved in time seeing the complaints is more frequent and still persistent.

As for the extra space you see when you load the Earnbet.io platform on a laptop, it is usually a problem with the CSS configuration and you can manually fix it using your desktop browser developer tools, before the Earnbet developers do their bit.

Maybe there are some serious issues with Earnbet payment processing system. This isn't the first time when the withdrawal has been sent twice to any users. Some of us had received the withdrawal twice in the past from Earnbet. We had returned the funds to Earnbet hot wallet address by reaching the support team. The support might give you the same instructions to return the funds.

It's your good action to inform them about that and wait for their guide on what to do.

My guess is the doubled amount can be their compensation to your inconvenience but you can wait for their reply to be sure about that. It can be a mistake from their processing too, so let's wait for Earnbet reply.

Generally I am keen on my first assumption, that is they want to double it and want you to enjoy it as their sorry for inconvenience you got recent days.

I don't think it's that and that the casino staff doubled the withdrawals intentionally. It's probably a bug that is the reason behind the double withdrawals.

I believe a similar thing happened before as well when there was a withdrawal issue within this platform. I forgot who that user was, but if I remember correctly, he even tried to contact the support to try and return the excess funds, but got no response? cmiiw. So, I guess, this sort of issue (double withdrawal) tends to happen in this platform and if the amount isn't substantial, I doubt the EarnBet team would even bother to try and get it back.

Thanks for the info. Earnbet support has already responded and appreciated the honesty in reporting this, the case has been forwarded to their team for review. Honestly holding money that does not belong to me feels really uncomfortable, so reporting it right away was the right thing to do. Now just waiting for further instructions from them on whether the extra amount needs to be returned or was actually meant as compensation for the inconvenience that happened recently.
