What FIFA did is known as implementation of the 'Ronaldo Rule' even though they cited that it was a technical breach in VAR protocol because Balogun wasn't initially cautioned before the video was reviewed.

Anyways, the whole drama has come to an end. The US has lost and they are out of the tournament. I think this entire Balogun affair harmed them mentally. I am sure the team believed that everyone outside of the US perceived them as cheaters and that affected their gameplay, which is unfortunate. The players didn't deserve that. Their national team was one of the positive surprises in this World Cup. At least for me.

Something in the lines of they have forwarded this to back office they will get back to me when they have an answer... And unfortunately am starting to hear these generic answers alot probably because of outsourced customer support setup..

It gets tiring to always try to contact support on almost every issue when a way around can easily be found, but since you are still waiting for someone with similar experience to come up but none yet, have you tried doing a hard refresh or clearing your cache files on the platform?
Have you also tried checking if there's a similar discussion of such in their social media platforms like discord, telegram or public chat to see if anyone shares same issue as you do?

If everywhere seems quiet, it's probably from your end and that's when it would be imperative to inform support so this doesn't stop you from gambling soonest.

I placed a pre-match bet on one of the Europa League qualification matches last night. It wasn't a live bet. The bet won but hasn't been settled yet. It has now been almost 12 hours since the match has ended and it's status is still 'Open.' I did speak with live support this morning and they told me they will forward my reply to the relevant department and email me once they have more information. I hope it settles soon. I have two more matches I intend to bet on today and I want to do that on EarnBet.

For sure, this is not Betby based on how it looks. Not sure about Softswiss, my guess is EarnBet uses an in house sportsbook because it looks different from other casino sportsbooks I have used before.
For a bet still showing open after the match already ended, it usually changes after a short delay. But if it stays open for more than 12 hours, they need to fix that so the system really works well.

unfortunately bets remain not graded in terms of win or lost,  but on my winning accumulator I see the green ticks on each game just not the crediting of funds part..

My bad was in the middle of using an other betby platform and jumped on to Earnbet..definitely some custom platform as it's different from what's on the market.

Two days is quite a long time if it's just these normal matches. Maybe the sportsbook provider is suspicious of something and is investigating before settling the bets?

So I suggest you wait until the bet is settled. If it's the provider, there is nothing much you can do except wait. It's not the sportsbook's fault.
When you check Earnbet's chat, you can clearly see that there are quite a number of users in the same situation who posted in there, so it's not just your account. I hope it gets addressed soon enough.

Usually they using provider for the bookie, if there has some problem only the provider it self can solved it. I guess is due the match ? Have you ask them for the problem is match it self ? If yes then other user who betting on those match got the same problem.

I read somewhere how things have slowly degraded with Earnbet, some players complain about slow deposits and withdrawals and inactive support in resolving issues. Now, reading about unsettled bets for over 72 hours or more, this is not making sense at the moment  earnbet we should be careful for now and hear the response of the team before making any deposits to the casino to avoid getting stuck.

Yeah, Earnbet is really going in the opposite direction while I was expecting it to be more popular after the addition of sportsbook. Looks like the Earnbet dev team has messed up a lot of things. The issues with the unsettled sports bet aren't related to the odds provider directly. I don't see the users of other SoftSwiss provider sportsbook to complain about this type of issue. The Earnbet team is taking a long time to resolve these key issues, which are creating a bad impact among the gamblers.
