Bitcoin investors now moving to gold

It's no news that the volatility nature of Cryptocurrency is  limiting the growth of the Cryptocurrency market .
But I am of the opinion that those who are moving into gold investment instead if Cryptocurrency do not understand the potentials of Cryptocurrency in the long run.
If they do, they wouldn't have left Cryptocurrency for gold.

To be precise they’re moving to paper gold, which is NOT physical gold, that’s definitely going to hurt crypto because more money will be moved into nothing but a imaginary gold. Unless you’re talking about trading bitcoin for physical gold going offline, not trading some contract gold otc.

Calling it imaginary gold is taking it a bit too far. When buying gold securities you are ALWAYS able to exchange it to actual gold. The thing is that nobody actually want to store the gold, as it is highly impractical.

Chances are, they think that investing in bitcoin is not promising. While investing in gold is quite likely to benefit. A little but sure. Because the price of gold always rises even though little by little. While waiting for recovery in Bitcoin.

Dont you trust the potential of Gold in the long run as well? They have left cryptocurrency for some reason that Gold is far more a superior investment than cryptocurrency. Maybe some do not understand, but majority does. Cryptocurrency is a very risky investment, but it could give you multiple folds of profit if asset is handled properly with good decisions makings, whereas Gold is a much safer investment.

Ofcourse not,those investors are only here just to gain big profit and don’t even bother to take a look about what is blockchain and all the technology behind cryptocurrency

Meaning this people are not deserving to he consider as BITCOIN INVESTORS instead they are just a a pretender,the true investors are those who believe about what can benefits for long run and notjust by today and tomorrow

It's just foolish thing when a ln bitcoin investors withdraw its btc funds and tranfers into to gold, while this time is the very good to buy bitcoin since its till in a low price. Right, seeing the bitcoin market capitalization that is still above 52%, of course that already shows if bitcoin has never been abandoned by its investors, maybe there are some who try to switch, but I think the number is certainly not significant

As it seems there is a difference between being (allegedly) able to redeem paper gold and actually redeeming it for physical metal. Basically, we don't know whether these gold securities are backed by real gold, end of story. As the saying goes, the proof of the pudding is in eating. The same is equally true with paper gold, i.e. unless every holder of these securities tries to exchange them for the shiny bullion, we can't actually say if you are always able to redeem them fully. Real gold run will likely cause a domino effect of defaults

I still dont understand how a few investors "diversifying" into other sectors make any difference for bitcoin at all. You may argue that the money is going out but you must understand that movements are going to happen and people are going to buy and sell their assets. Its not a stagnant market it has to be dynamic. So today if someone is buying gold they may be buying with their fiat money as well.

These whole FUD topics are just made to manipulate people. Its a speculative market - here rise and fall are imminent. You have to decide what you will do not what others are doing.

Guys.. this is just FUD. Of course that this article is intended to create panic between bitcoin holders. The greedy institutional investors still haven't filled their bags. They want lower prices. If I want stability I invest in real estate, not gold. I don't want my money staying around, I want it to be working day and night!

That seems highly unlikely. Primarily because the price of gold doesn't fluctuate like the price of Bitcoin does, so the chance of a big profit is no longer a possibility for them.

Yes.Those investors who are moving to gold are the newcomers who don't have a long stretch of patience to wait for a good rise so they chose to move into gold.But the early adopters here are still firm to focus on cruptocurrency knowing it would give them the highest profit more than what gold can give.

Yeah that's true because of dropping price people find way to make another good profit in a some investment. And also some of projects now and some some projects before are communicated to gold. Maybe that is another way of them to survive their investment.
