Many new coin have lower price after listing at exchange market, last month we got founder ICO from Indonesia Oscar Darmawan created lyfe ICO, but after listing at exchange market lyfe price is lower than ICO more than half, its why I can't trust with ico now.

Well, you should not blame the ICO Founder about that, you should know better as an investor. There are a lot of promising coins in the past that arrive at the same fate after the ICO. A lot of people are disappointed since a lot of bounty hunters are selling their share at lower price so the tendency is the price will fall down as people will put their currency more lower than the other. We should not blame the project about what happened unless they have their own failed tasks as the ICO founder.

1. I think it will give healthy competition for every coins/token so they can compete to other coins and the new coins can prove that they deserve to get a better position.
2. I don't think that it will give positive impact to bitcoin, but maybe I am wrong because as far as I know, a coins/token will gets impact from bitcoin price and will follow with bitcoin price.
3. The benefits for traders is they can buy the coins and trying to make more profit from the new coins because sometimes there is a flash pump that will happen in the market.

Most of the new coins right now are worthless to buy because of it doesn't have potential in the market. It is better if we will but coins that are popular and have strong support from the cryptocurrency community for us to ensure that we can have high returns.

You say that new coins are free marketing for Bitcoin and then you proceed to say that they will produce negative effect on people's minds and opinions (the point which I agree with). So how is it free marketing really? It is negative publicity and it is definitely not the case when any publicity is good publicity. Further, I don't really think that these new shitcoins will make people more aware of Bitcoin. I'd rather say it works in reverse order, i.e. people learn about shitcoins through Bitcoin, not the other way round

why do I say this is free marketing, because in my opinion every coin or new token will try to release the market with a BTC pair, so that the investors and the coin community will indirectly see the BTC ticker, for novice investors and community members who are new to crypto will try to dig about "BTC" "Bitcoin"

I mean people first learn about Bitcoin, then about some altcoin. It is possible that some "novice investors and community members" may first hear about a major altcoin (for example, Litecoin or Ethereum), but it doesn't look very likely that they enter the cryptoscene through some unknown altcoin. I don't say that it is completely impossible (as it is definitely possible), I basically say that the odds of that are really low. So no free marketing here

Iam on many ICOs in 2018, also became bounty participants in many projects. automatically joined the project communities, some cases I found investors did not know about bitcoin, they came from many circles, some of them became investors just because they think they can get a lot of profit in a short time, and their background is not from the world crypto, they have heard about blockchain, but have not known bitcoin, some have heard, but have never entered the crypto world. Partly because of friends' advice and entrusting their money through suggestions from such people, such as brokers. These people are indeed not too many, but they hold a lot of funds. You are somewhat contradicting your own statements here. You believe some altcoins to be other putting your money in - again thats totally your personal choice and I respect that even if I disagree.

I guess this has been true for many more people who put their money into shitcoins but ended up losing more than they would if they kept their money intact? Its not that putting the money into bitcoin would have solved the bear market downtrend - then also you would have lost money but maybe not to that extent as the altcoin because we all know that bitcoin has a deflationary growth rate.

I think the most visible benefit for traders with the influx of new coins,is in the area of diversifying your investments,if we had only a few number of coins,then it would be difficult to put our money across various coins.

I agree with this.  With so much negativity already surrounding ICOs and so much money lost, it is going to be much more difficult to gain the trust of future investors.
It was much easier before- hell people were sending their BTC/ETH to ICO projects the minute after the white paper was released.
People seemed desperate to be a part of the ICO craze but the bear market has certainly slowed that down.

The emergence of new coins have advantages and disadvantages. One good advantage is attraction of new investors through their advert and one of the disadvantage is that most of the project fail or scam investor thereby creating negative impression about cryptocurrencies.

I think the point is that there are still some good ones, but very rare, like one in 100 or even less chance. Hence most of the time investing into new altcoins is a bad decision, there is a bigger chance of winning on gambling than just betting your money into a new altcoin. However there is that off chance of hitting the good one. Just because there are thousands of horrible coins that are totally worthless out there doesn't mean there are good ones neither.

For example, IOTA is a good example and it did provide with a lot of profit to many people. Hence what people are probably trying to say is that, even tough yes there is a slight small chance that you make a profit there is also a huge chance of losing money which makes it not worth buying all the new coins since the result will be bad even if you end up with one good one if you invest into thousands of new ones.

I do not mind the new coins that emerging nowadays because I know that they do not have potential in the market. Most of the new coins are losing its value immediately so I know that I will only experience losses if I will patronize new coins.

I am not against new coins but when you see the majority of them are scams or are projects that do not deserve to get any funding then you quickly realize that those projects were created by scammers and have no real intention of developing something despite their claims.

Those coins have a negative impact on bitcoin and in the market in general since people do not trust in those people and their coins, and with good reason, so this creates an image of the market that it is full of scammers.

Finally the benefits for traders are significant since the more coins in the market the greater the chances they can find a coin that goes up in value faster than the rest of the market and they make profits that way.
