Not enough knowledge about cryptocurrency trading is also one of the reason why we are not successful. All of us want to make profit with trading but most of the people always enter in the world of trading without knowledge about it so in the end they will lose their money and funds. It's hard to avoid mistakes in trading or basically you can called lose money, when I first time do trading I lose a lot of money but I keep on learning and gaining more knowledge that's why I regain all my losses.

I believe traders lose mostly due to fomo and getting into a coin without research. Each news and even a rumor has its limited effect and traders need to understand this that without understanding the probability of a winning : losing ratio of a trade, putting your money in it is just pure gamble. I think you are not getting lucky and your strategy is not right. Many investors have made a lot of money from the crypto market in many ways such as investing in altcoin, buying tokens of ICO projects, trading at the time of altcoin pumping, ...

We can't expect everyone will success on trading always. Someone have to loss and someone have to profit. Especially new traders mostly on loss. The reason is experience and patience. For trading you have to aware market conditions always. We can't take profit if we run against market. So you should know little bit analys. Another thing is greedy, sometimes we loss for greedy and it was happened to me when I did trading on beginning. So you have to avoid greediness. Just sell when you are on profit or use stop loss. 3) It should be 'Patience'

Actually, there are some factors on which our trades are dependent on. One among them is luck and in most cases our trades execute in the opposite direction because of bad luck.
The second point you made, 'Fear' is a right thing you said as this leads to panic sell/buy and this leads to lower profits or losses.
The solution to this is practice and experience. Only experience can make us not repeat our mistakes constantly.

Expecting profit too early is one of the problem for the cryptocurrency traders so they are not giving enough time for their holdings to increase its value and end up getting panic then selling for less than how much they were bought for. Keep trading also long term to increase you chances.

Experience is a big part of the problem. Bitcoin is way different than any other trading out there. I agree that they look similar and what not but Forex is still different crypto trading. So we are talking about a brand new trading that not many people have experience on and wonder why we are not doing well. Whales do make money but that requires no experience, when you are rich enough to make any move you want and change the price of any coin then you will definitely see a profit.

However, with small amounts (and even as high as 100k on big coins) it requires experience in the field, so we need to wait some more years and people will get more and more experience with trading and eventually all of us will have 5+ years trading experience that will allow us to be much better than what we are right now.

Some more common reasons could be (it may depend from trader to trader, investor to investor)

1. Greed
2. Setting up a long target
3. Not choosing the right asset when it is the right time

I can't surely tell about others, but I have suffered a lot for the above 3 reasons.

it is because 90% of what is usually found on the internet is pure garbage specially when it is cryptocurrency related. such as the Youtube videos telling you how to trade altcoins and what to trade. so reading them and watching these videos is only going to mislead you!

1) that is the key! you either have experience or don't. it is not impossible to gain experience but it requires hard work and spending a lot of time.
2) having fear is not a bad thing. in fact it is perfectly natural to fear what is going to happen to your money as long as it is not affecting your better judgment.

Don't get upset my friend if you are not having any success in trading now. Trading does not give you instant funds and a lot of patience and skills are required to have profits in trading. Failure will lead you to success. Keep trying and some or the other day the coin you purchase will pump and you will rise up your profits by 1xxxX times.
Those who stay in the markets after failure always have a good life ahead as mistakes teach us a lot.

You really should try to make profits from trading, in order for you to win someone must lose.  You are participating in a zero sum game that adds nothing to society. If you want to add to the crypto space you should build something that on boards new users and makes the experience fun for newbies.
