1. How secured is your exchange from hackers or intruders? There are numerous cases that both centralised and decentralised exchanges are vulnerable to hacking. Did you partner with any security firm?

2. You did mentioned about loading issues recently. Are you planning to upgrade your server later on if there are many users who trade with your exchange? How stable would that be?

The lack of storing customer funds makes using your service somewhat more safe than other exchanges, although the costs, including the bid/ask spread is much higher than other major exchanges. If transaction fees ever go back to late 2017 levels, using your service will become even more expensive.

Obviously, sending money to your exchange will involve trusting that you will not take their money and run.

fox.exchange is using several security services and methods which we prefer not to disclose at the moment.
Moreover, fox.exchange is more secure than any traditional exchange since we don’t hold customers funds, of course we don’t control your end and as you already probably know it is highly recommended you’ll make sure your end is secure when depositing to fox as you should do when interacting with any other crypto service online.
As for your second question, the answer in short is: sure!
In order to keep the funds safe the servers architecture is highly important and it’s being updated every once in a while.

(LTC/ETH) Support was very patient with me when I made a mistake on giving a contact address instead of a wallet address, the transfer had a transaction error. They responded on my email assuring me that my funds is safe, help is on the way and they're going to fix it after I send a new wallet address. Successful transfer was very fast after that.
