it is because it is not easy to penetrate resistance and it makes BTC come back down, it takes time and also the fundamentals that are really strong so that the price can really be up. I guess at this time bitcoin won't experience a very high increase more than this.

It's because of massive sell off that happened last year (2018). Most of them are those who take profit from ICO. Also, include the implementation of regulation of SEC which forces others to sell as early as possible before it gets implemented. Currently, there are also a some of exchanges which has been forced to close due to some issues. I think that are the big factors that causes Bitcoin to continuously dump.

Why do you think that upcoming SEC regulation can be a bad news for crypto holders? The SEC's main intention is stopping fraud in the world of crypto. Whether they can do it or not, many people(most of the people actually) trust them much more than they trust crypto related news outlets. I'm sure that after implementation of any kind of regulation from the SEC, adoption will start rising at an accelerating pace, which will inevitably result in price rising for all leading crypto currencies.

Waow, if we have large amounts of money, then chances are we can have the majority of bitcoins in circulation, isn't that dangerous later? because by having a lot of bitcoin we certainly can easily control prices. if that happens it will certainly create an imbalance in the market.

Bitcoin isn't "down".The bitcoin price is where it is and we shouldn't compare it with the 2017 bubble.
If we want a higher bitcoin price,we should buy more btc and convince more people to buy btc.This is the only thing we could do(and it's not enough).The crypto whales will have to start buying.

I agree with this. The 2017 ath was more an anomaly. It did dishearten people who entered just coz of it and we might not see those people come back. In the meantime the only thing we can do is hold and watch the movement.

People who buy at that peak really should be a small number and not a proper reason for price to be restrained many months later.     Its very common that a peak contains few people compared to the body of the price volume, it might just be the body of users are mostly holding at 6k to 3k price area on average and that would make more sense.

The greatest volume of users at a price will naturally bring about higher traffic I think in buys and sells which kicks back into a more active market and a possible base for price to change trend.    200 day average I think I look at for that kind of momentum measure.

Wake up now, the market is moving upward again and we have to believe on this one again. Though there’s a small dump early this year but I think its all gone because of the recent pump. We have more to go so let’s not celebrate too much but stay on the positive side.

In Christmas it was down in 2018 price was surely not good but it is now good time price is getting high day by day, don’t sell for now as it is on way to be high once again, I must say everyone should hold and wait for the peak price to sell, experts predicted the price of bitcoin to be high very soon within few years so my suggestion is to hold and wait patiently.

Looking it's price today is too far since from the start,  this means that we ate continuously growing. Its fluctuating prices have made us to generate profit but still we need to choice the right coins to invest and so we won't loss our funds.

Another ways to lift it up is to lessen the bad reputation BTC is giving. BTC doesn't seem that it will rise up sooner but we sure have our freedom of speech and maybe if we say or spread the word that a group is preparing to attack BTC(i meant invest money) it should have an impact I guess.   Everyone can do this as we only makes predictions not sure about price so if in market demand of bitcoin will be high so price will be high in coming few years but if demand if getting down for some factors so we will have to wait for long term recovery, according to my own prediction very soon price will be high and 2019 will be best year throughout history of crypto currency.
