Bitcoin still down because many people never hold bitcoin and trying for selling with lower price,

how can they sell if they have never tried to hold a bitcoin ? btc is down not because of those people who arent involved on btc but its down because of the people that are involved on btc but they did sell thier coins.

last week bitcoin down and raise up but just few day bitcoin back to lower price with many people wan't to hold for long time to get bitcoin back above $10k, now bitcoin price still with $8k and waiting when back to higher price.

holding alone wont up the price because if you hodl , there are still those people who sold thier btc , meaning the value can still go down but those dips are not mean forever. if we will only observed the past history price of btc we can see that it goes down and up

Bitcoin is relatively up even now. I think only a significant increase in global demand would increase the price even further. Or I guess we'll need to wait for halving to occur to strip some supply. Some 'killer app' or use case would drive the price upwards also, but maybe it's more probably with newer coins..

Personally, I think that mass adoption is going to push the prices up and reach a new ATH. As the supply is limited, by increasing the demand for Bitcoin is going to have a significant positive effect in its price. We should try to integrate Bitcoin as a way of payment method in e-commerce businesses at first. This is very easy and it can show results directly to the market.

If you will compare, just do the math by comparing the highest in 2017 and compared to the current price now.
I think $15k was not the highest because last December 2017, bitcoin achieve a new ATH which was around or close to $20,000.
Compared to the current price now, its' still down more than 50% but at least that's stronger compared to how altcoins were dump.

Some giant whales are uses social media to promote a good news then the price will start to play up in that qay they can slowly sell there bags. Some pump are just normal that more people are come together at the same time  they buy together and that we called mass adoption.

Sounds like that is the fact here, Well the bitcoin is still down for now maybe because there are a lot of supply and less on demand but there is no need to panic since the price of bitcoin is volatile so it may rise or drop down from time to time so all you need to do is to wait patiently, If the demand is high and no more supply, Then that's the time that the value of bitcoin will rise up. Yes, I agree that it is the right time to buy and wait for the new ATH and the next halving will be coming and we all earn a profit on it.

Bitcoin prices move like roller coaster and if we examine the price graph, every time they go down they bounce back with huge increase in prices. It is a strategy of bitcoin successful investors that they always buy bitcoins at low prices and without being impatient about increase, they keep it in their wallets. I do not consider that bitcoin price  is down cause when i started in  bitcoin  the price is only 200$. The current is price still high compared to that year. And i guess bitcoin will hit 5000$ by mid of this year.

We are down because people sold the news for bakkt launch. And in technical analysis, we broke down the descending triangle. Nothing to do to make it go up again, market acts rationally so the trend is showing upside, we just need time.

Us too, don't fall behind. do something to gain.
