No one is opposed to the bull run in 2019 and 2020, but so far I do not see any prerequisites for the cryptocurrency market to turn green.  Even in early 2019, Bitcoin and Ethereum broke away from their minimum performance, but many altcoin did not improve their performance even in April, when Bitcoin began active growth.

This is probably because most people are trying to capitalize on the growth of Bitcoin, Ethereum and top altcoins. More global growth should begin a bit later. But do not think that this will happen so soon. At a minimum, we need to reach a price for Bitcoin at $ 20K.

This is probably because most people are trying to capitalize on the growth of Bitcoin, Ethereum and top altcoins. More global growth should begin a bit later. But do not think that this will happen so soon. At a minimum, we need to reach a price for Bitcoin at $ 20K.

when growth only belongs to bitcoin then altcoin will be even more destroyed when growth is dominated by bitcoin as it has already happened mid-year. bulls must start from the same gradual growth of the entire market. not just bitcoin or altcoin.

Honestly speaking, I have been waiting for that day. Because BTC halving really would make a bull run in the crypto market! I have no hope for this year anymore, Bitcoin went to 13K USD plus and that was the highest growth for Bitcoin! The real bull market will come in the mid of the next year.

Actually the history of Bitcoin halving events are usually preceded by a large rally first and then when the event draws very near like days,  Bitcoin dumps to around 50% and then it consolidates and then it pumps harder breaking all-time-high prices.

Bull Run only happened to Bitcoin this year, but we still have until the end of the year 2019. Bitcoin dominates the market and Altcoin is experiencing very slow growth. But in the year 2019, it was very good because the market experienced growth. And I think that the year 2020 could possibly be a year for Altcoin.

I hope that this can happen because during the year 2019 can now collect more coins

That would be easy it will start to rise this month, last month was not a good month, but good thing now that BTC is starting to rise again.
We will be back again in $10K soon, and I hope it will not again stop and drop back again because if there is no improvement, we cannot expect a bull run this year.

Although we can say that the last 3 months is still enough for BTC to rise, but it would be nice if it will start to rise early as the price has been stuck for a month now. Still, continue to be positive and hold while waiting for the right time to come, the bull run can come faster than what we expected and the moment a new ATH will be created, it's almost a guarantee that the bull run for all will start basing on how people react in the past.

my guess it will happen in 2020 or 2021, we know last halving in 2016 and the pump does in 2017.
but for next halving, maybe the situation is different maybe it will be faster or slower or even nothing will happen, depend on condition.

With so many alts and tokens on market it is difficult to guess which will recovery in next bull run. It is impossible to buy even half of them and for sure not all of them will grow. But for sure it is good to buy at least few from top100

I think you underestimate Bitcoin, it's slowing but it doesn't mean that it's losing growth. One good news is all we needed to, and then the price will go on another upward trend.

We are maybe on the first phase of the bull run and the gains that we are having right now is a normal gain of the market and isn't brought by hype.

We have seen worst dump than that, $13,000-$10,000 is not that significant to Bitcoin market. We can sleep tonight and all of the sudden the price goes on a 10%-20% the next day, that's how Bitcoin's volatility is and this is not a cause for alarm.

The fall is good because bitcoin is now more stable, and the good thing is that it recovers and now it seems like it's trying to break some resistance to stay at $11K, we really don't know how strong the support at that level until we break it and stay there.

For now, bitcoin support is so stable at $10K as even if we dropped from $10K but we recovered very fast.
Let's just hope that the 4th quarter is as good as last 2017 so this bull run that we are expecting will take place.

The radiative noise effect is the traditional way to react by the traders if something goes wrong in the crypto market. The price is near the $10450 currently and I think BAKKT is the first reason why we trade in the small pumps recently.  Tomorrow price will likely hit the $10700 before the closing weekly chart in my opinion.

The France government also supported to tax the gains from crypto trading but there is no law to tax the crypto to crypto transfers. If the citizens of France have no purpose to withdraw the profits from the exchange, there will be no tax until this action happens with a local bank. It is like a virus and it spreads faster among the crypto ban law accepted governments.

it's better to invest in Bitcoin or Ethereum, it's safer, because it's difficel to predict that Altcoin will grow in the future, while Bitcoin and Ethereum will be the first to grow when the bull run starts

But the price didn't hit $10700 instead of pumping the price slowly decreased and I think $10200-$10400 is the current support. That good news from France is amazing, people now are encouraged to do crypto to crypto transactions so that there will be no taxation.

Halving will be next year, therefore we still have a lot of time to achieve a new ATH, it could be this year but it has to be in the last quarter which is least likely to happen. We still have 244 days from now (https://www.bitcoinblockhalf.com/), so let's just enjoy the recovery of bitcoin now, and don't expect too much as the right time will just come.

Well this year definitely nothing too outstanding not to happen, but next year, personally I'll wait for the bulls. We expect big news on btc and eth. Do not forget about telegram and facebook. All this can lead to a new frenzied excitement.
