the lack of investor interest in ICO may be due to a large number of ICO that are scam and with current market conditions making ICO coins not useful when entering an exchange so that the comparison between ICO price and price when ICO coins enter the market is very far because ICO coin prices drop dramatically in exchange . of course things like this make losses for investors so they will think twice about investing in the ICO. I think if the problem can be overcome in the future, then investors will trust the ICO investment again.

It's all about trust and real usage, everything is already been changed since the bull run so high last 2017,  the market is unpredictable and investors trust

That's the main priority of an investor, to make money. But for this market only the ones that has the patience and will to take it shall remain.
