[RU local] Make visible Trust of the user in the subsection "Hypes (Xaйпы)"

Today I noticed that the subsection "Hypes (Xaйпы)" Russian local Board is not displayed trust.

This can give scammers an extra chance to fool novice forum users.

Simple example:



For the inexperienced user of the forum everything looks quite decent, but if you look at the profile arguelles84 - the situation immediately becomes different:



Proposal:

1. Make visible the trust of the user in the subsection "Hypes" of the Russian local Board.

Looks like trust ratings are not visible in most local boards or subsections. earlier on I saw this  Please Enable Trust Rating in the Croatian Marketplace and wondered why a market place would not have trust ratings enabled.
Could it be because some of these boards/subsections have just been recent additions?

With scammers lurking everywhere in the forum, the best we could do is try and warn unsuspecting users with the help of those negative ratings on every board these scammers would try to post in.

It's worth users checking their own local boards in order to see if ANY boards in the marketplaces sections are displaying trust or not.

Or it just can be moved in Бизнec, wich is more logical because then there will be structure like in English board (Bitcoin Forum > Economy > Marketplace > Gambling > Investor-based games).

 - You can't give more than 5 ratings to a single user.
 - Your total sent ratings is limited to three times your activity, but at least 1.
 - The comment length is limited to 600 characters, but each newline counts as 120 characters.

No, that was a clear case of trust spam. 200+ very similar ratings with many against the same users over and over again. He's banned for 14 days.

These new restrictions are not retroactive.

Also i guess this User milonite is connected to this Account , he is banned perma already !

The first thread in the Croatian marketplace dates back to 2016 so it has been around for some time already.
The trust ratings are still not visible there.

I checked almost all and found that the Croatian is missing it. Wasn't able to check the Arabic and Chinese local forums but khaled0111 posted in my thread that the Arabic local doesn't have a marketplace.
