I do not think that anyone have a faintest idea about when the bear market would end.
But I believe it would end sooner than we think .... considering that the market is turning green again gradually.

And today everything goes against what you said and everything is turning to the familiar red that we often see in 2018. This stage will still last long and should not be predicted when the market tends to fall because surely things will never follow your wishes. I analyzed the volatility of all altcoin in this market and concluded that the upward trend will not happen in the next 3 years and we are at the worst stage this year.

Nice to see if it's happening soon, the price in overall is good this year, we will never see a green market all the time, but we like to see progress by seeing more dominant uptrend than downtrend as that would confirm that we re already in the bull market.

I hope that by the summer of 2019 the bears will give up their positions. And already in the autumn there will be a more significant increase in prices for cryptocurrency. But as a whole, the bear market will continue as long as it will be profitable for the big players. Volatility has been the nature of cryptocurrency and it's no longer surprising. There has been a lot of speculation playing into the bear market. It's hard to conclude when this bear market will last because the market is very uncontrollable as it keeps on moving. However, observing on the chart and price movement, it does not shrink that much and yet it has the potential to possibly move upward and will stay green, hopefully.

Some clear line when the bear market ends and bull market starts can't be drawn. Although some say we have already entered bull market I can't agree because to my opinion we are only having some corrections. And even once the bear market is over that doesn't mean it can't come back.
Anyway, next period will show if the positive trends on the market will continue or not and if the price will cross 6000$.

The bear market is practically over. Even after the bitfinex scandal, bitcoin price slides only a few hundred dollars. If we are still in the bear market, this kind of news will hurt us very badly maybe a thousand dollars price slide or more. Support at $5000 is not the biggest support at this time because it can be broken anytime if there are bad Bitcoin related news. It is not the best time to invest in the BTC and bull run is not confirmed yet. The levels under 4000$ were the best prices to get in the boat which has potentail to test the 7000$ levels through 1 year. In my personal opinion we are not bearish or bearish market, we are not in bullish trend, because the market has a range that can be taken as a resistance and accumulation support, I think the support is at $ 6ky and the resistance is at 9k, since it is a range where speculators can make decisions to raise and lower the price of bitcoin, where you can play with the offer in the price levels to accumulate, because I think there are still many bitcoins to accumulate.

Many times Strong Hands strategies are to lower the price to buy cheaper and cause fear in those who are weak hands, and sell cheap, that strategy is what can be taken into account for the range of accumulation.

Crypto trading is very fluctuating, the bearish market will end if the positive sentiments that arise in the world financial market or social media  policies that support the development of crypto. For example, there is a policy from Facebook that allows crypto ads, the market reacts positively and prices move up.
You can imagine if all social media or all world financial markets issue policies that support crypto, of course the impact is very extraordinary. Because the influence of policies on Wall Street can make people's trust in crypto increase.
