As a bounty Hunter or an investor, what are the criterias you apply in choosing which bounty campaign to do or ico project to invest on?
What is your strategy to making more bitcoin ?

Choose only the decent projects, which have long term plans. Do not dump all your tokens to the market, be an investor.
Currently, it is not that easy to find a good bounty program and many of those last for months and months. In this case, you are a long term contributor, for hope to be rewarded one day.

As I understand, your plan to earn on the bounty and dump to bitcoin, that is a doubtful strategy.

For bounty team and whitepaper, if everything looks ok I give it a shot.
For investing it has to be ico for something big, like an exchange, shop or something similar. Product has to attract customers not only investors.

I commend those who take their time out to read whitepapers. Those of us who still do that, know very well that it is not an easy thing to do. In a bid to invest in a good product and to know about what we are investing in, we still try as much as possible to read and understand. That seems to be one of the best ways to know what the project has got to offer.

Could be for both reasons but you are right the market now is not good for ICO, hence it's always not good for bounty.
Every bounty hunters wants to enjoy their reward as early as possible but the market is a big hindrance to that, therefore I believe

This is a rule of thumb. ICOs that have good reputation and good team behind it, doesn't mean it will be successful once enters the market.

There are no such bounty campaigns. such projects simply do not need marketing through the bounty campaigns. so you will never find them

You have to choose and find out, and participate in various Campaigns but you also need to know the project clearly.
