Of course i will buy more altcoins that are in cheap of prices because i had seen the market is being having growth litlle by little and the ethereum was go back at number two rank that is the good sign that the market price was on recovery.

i was hoping for a better growth in 2017 but unfortunately we only see an overly excited market which was filled mostly with newbies who wanted to make  a quick profit and on top of that it was filled with lots of scammers hiding behind terms such as ICO who were taking their money.
this unfortunately is not considered "growth". it is a temporary bubble that bursts and that is exactly what happened in 2018 and is still happening as that same money is exiting after about 85% to 95% loss.

Yes, we can now observe that the price of some altcoins is beginning to shift and creep up a little, making the market a little green. But I think here to rejoice too early, most likely this growth will be short-term. This means that while the price remains significantly low, those who did not have time to fill their portfolio with coins, I think it should be done. I personally bought coins last year, and as far as possible continue to replenish its portfolio of top coins.
