for now there has been no significant change in crypto growth,
in my opinion if you want to buy altcoins this month it is not seen from the cheap price because it has the potential to go down again but invest in altcoins that already have a popularity that already shows its existence in the crypto world.

if it's just to buy and own assets, I don't think I have to wait for another decline. but if you think as an investment you have to calculate the time and the highest possible price. for now the price is very cheap, but we cannot know how long the market will continue like this.

There is yet no significant growth, because when you compare the market capitalization during the 2018 bear and the present market cap, there is no much difference yet. So with that alone, no significant growth.
The only thing i will say is that, there are individual altcoins experiencing significant growth.

we can see it from the marketcap and it always increases every year, and to invest in dialtcoins in my opinion you can start at any time because the profit or loss depends on the moment we do, because altcoins always go up and down so we should be able to use it by waiting for price movement patterns to make a profit.

when viewed from 2009, indeed Crypto currently has tremendous growth. but when viewed from last year, this is a disaster. You can't call it growth because a lot of people here lose their money. last year's fall was like a huge storm and destroyed everything.

if it's about growth, I see crypto seems to be experiencing a setback. so from no reason to buy now. I'd better monitor until the market starts to stabilize, then make an investment plan

I am not sure there is any sign of significant growth of crypto these year, most of the money seems going out of the crypto. On the other hand on technological side growing is significant many new ideas, many MPVs people find more ways which will lead us mass adoption. What makes me stresses is even we have some unique project ideas we still have many "copy paste old fashioned project" most of these deserve to die soon.
