Create two bat files, one for RX580 and the other for Vega and then run them simultaneously.
In the first bat file mention -g 0 and in the other mention -g 1.
It should do the trick.
BTW, Don't forget to check if you have virtual memory set to 16GB.

I have done two .bat one with -g 0 and one with -g 1 and run both
I've got the same gpu mining for some reason.
I have tried -G 0 and -G 1 and -G 0,1 but get the same screen for 1 second and then closes with error.
Did you saw the screenshot on the google drive?
I am not sure which is the correct uses of this switch -g or -G ?!
For what I think -G is the right switch because in the screen for 1 second I see both cards initialized. But still have to deal with that error or something...
Btw my virtual is set to 64 gb
