In my prediction i think every price altcoin is still down because fail and scam project.A good project lock their token to save a fall price. But its not give effect to make their price is up because too little buyer in market.
Will the altcoin raise again in middle 2019 ?
Well if we always think that there's no hope that the market will be move up It will really nothing happen. As we can even the market is bearish still people use it. So as long people continue to invest and buying in crypto there's still hope that bull run will be happen really soon. |

This op must be bitter because maybe he didnt invest in cryptos but he only invest on other asset . how can you say that there is no bull run when the price is now ready to take off ? The price is no over 4k usd and its becoming stable for a long time . this is a good sign that it can end in a real bull run after the the month of march have ended or during the start of the second quarter for this year .

indeed some SCAM projects make prices fall because it damages investors' confidence in trading crypto currencies. but I'm not sure that prices will improve in the middle of this year. it will be too fast if the bull run must occur in the middle of this year. need a bigger reason for the bull run to occur. |

Altcoins are down but some of them are pumping much more than bitcoin itself. If you invest in TEZOS you would have seen returns of 70% while bitcoin is still only moving at around 2% on a good day.
