Yes that't true no development of the project they have and some of them are no funds to put in the exchange. So that's why some of token are going to zero value and be have a chance to remove it in the exchange on where they listed.

So to solve this problem the solution dont choose project if only give promised for profits fast because so many project like that will dead. The drop in the price of many tokens( to a zero or near zero value) are more of failure to deliver value rather than the effect of the crackdown by government. That is kind of really the cause of these near-zero value tokens soon after launch on exchanges. How else would one justify investors selling their tokens just a couple of days on listing them on exchange at a  90 % loss.
