If this address is not yours: 0x47D9A519529EBCc1491480ACdc145B996A44EEF8 than it means you got hacked. Probably phishing. Idex can't help you. Sorry, this is the worst part of crypto.

Yes may be you have accessed phishing websites & your wallet got compromised by stealing your private keys. The only thing you can do now is to comment hackers wallet in etherscan or Ethplorer section to return your fund. Also have eye on the transaction of the hacker as he can transfer this funds on the exchanges & now a days exchange also helps to catch hackers.

I'm sorry to say but transaction is irreversible so I don't think you can get your tokens or funds back. There's a lot of ways that hackers can get your login info or even your private key. So I suggest you try to check your PC for malicious malware or something, just to be sure.

Idex is a bad exchange, but it is difficult to be hacked. So I'm afraid your computer has a virus or has malicious software stealing your information and private key. It's best to check your computer and make it clean and start creating another wallet

This is unfortunate. If tokens were transferred from your account to another that you don't know, then you might have been hacked. Maybe you have visited a phishing site that got information to your login or security information. There is nothing now you can do to it but use another wallet has more security features.

I think, not your IDEX account that was hacked. Because I look you have withdrawn your balance from IDEX to your Personal wallet. So, I think this has absolutely nothing to do with your IDEX account, But your private key has been hacked. yeah your personal wallet has been hacked, not a hacked IDEX account.
I don't know what phishing site you have accessed, even yourself don't know if you have been hit by a phishing attack.
Yeah, I think no one can help you to return your balance, unless the hacker is willing to return it. I can only suggest that you be more careful to save your private key.

I've experienced what I've experienced, I lost all the assets I have on Idex. All cannot be prevented, we can only surrender. because everything has happened, my advice is that you must be patient and return to enthusiasm to work. Because your lost assets will never come back, I'm sure you got pished so hackers can enter your account. keep up the spirit of friends.

THis might be true that you accessed a phishing site!
you must prevent doing it on your own! how is it possible? you can go to coinmartketcap.com first and get the correct link there.
If you already access it, kindle bookmark it so you dont need to do it the next time.
IDEX problem is same as what ETHERDELTA AND FORKDELTA before. why? you need to put your PRIVATE KEYS to have an access on trading so beware!

You should be careful in clicking website especially exchange website because many people tend to create a phishing site and once you log in they will know all information about your wallet and they will steal your funds. Sad to say you totally lose your funds and you can't recover it.

How do you log in to IDEX? What kind of software/hardware do you usually use? If it's not a phishing it's could be some kind of malware at your computer. Scan it thoroughly with popular anti-malware and anti-virus software.

That is not possible unless someone else has access to your idex account or private keys, so may be you had stored your private key at some unsafe place or maybe someone has phished you.

You have not posted if you are using metacert if not the support team may be right that you have accessed a phishing site it happens if the exchange does not have an authenticator or a verification sent to your email, this is a lesson learned for you.

Sorry to hear about your loss, the fund has been transfer to the hacker address and there is no way you can get the fund back.

Probably you accessed a phishing website or maybe you have some malware in your computer. Do a scan on your computer and remove the malware if you find.

If your funds are hacked on idex, you have some questions to ask yourself. Sometime, we tend to be very careless with our exchange PK and passwords and when something happens, we blame it on the exchange.

That is sad. Undecided If your money is not in your account, it was hacked somehow. Most probably you entered phishing site or your private key was hacked. Personally, I send my money to another wallet after using private key in any decentralized exchange.

I think it's not the Idex exchange fault, if you confirm that's not your ETH address and don't have make any transaction, then I'm sure that your idex account is compromised, I'm sure that you can't get back your token because this is customer issue, one of the most tricky methods to steal your password is phishing, you should immediately format your computer and change idex account password.

You got phishing, there is no solution your funds will not back. Don't save lots of tokens on exchange wallet, I only send tokens to the exchange wallet when I want to sell it.

If your funds have been transferred to another wallet, surely your wallet has been hacked. Maybe you access  m
phishing web when you want to access your wallet or access phishing web when you want to access the exchange.

How manage you fall for phishing scam ? Well I'm sorry this happened to you, don't ever leave huge funds on exchanges next time and as for me I don't use exchanges with accounts or that request private keys anymore ,I prefer exchanges with no profile ,just p2p exchanges like changelly or ethershift
