A newbies with no reputation will have a hard time to buy btc using paypal. Paypal is a reversible payment method which is risky for the seller. Read this : Beware of PayPal and other reversible transfer services

I know im a newbie.. I'll be patient.. I have no will to scam anyone.. I am seller and my money is on paypal.. I cannot withdraw it.. I hate paypal.. That's the reason why i am trying to exchange it for BTC.

If Paypal is sent via family and friends, is it still reversible ?
If the sender send PayPal fund as friends and family then sender cant make any dispute. But sender (real owner) of the account can claim that the account has been hacked and the sent payment is not authorised and if so payment can be reversed.

Buying Bitcoin with paypal i think they are charge more and also Skrill for less charge better choose some good exchange like coinsuper and etc .
