with APH it is very different, we are launching the coins in cyprus, everyone remembers what happened when the banks shut down and total savers they were going to take their money. they started buying bitcoins which shot the price and up and its mkt cap by billions right. aph will be popular as first they are getting free money and they have a need for currency that will give the people more control to avoid something like what happened before again.
This was a myth already busted a long time ago. With bank closed people and Cyprus had limited means of getting bitcoins and the use in Cyprus for bitcoin has already been proven to be normal / average same as the rest of eu . It was a bubble that speculated on this , a fud reverse.

The coin is not dead. The problem was cryptorush. You can't withdrawl btc there so nobody is trading there anymore. bittrex is not big enough.
We need Aph to get listed at mintpal. Tonight is the next voting...Let's all invest a little btc to get APH on 1 !
You do realize that we've done about 80 btc of volume in APH the last week right The only way to get us "big enough" is to be market makers in your respective markets. If there is a technical limitation, please let me know. Thanks, Richie

Just thought I'd check in on how the thread's turned out / how the coin's done over the last few weeks since was the first person to expose a range of problems with the DEV and this coin (I was the guy who actually spoke with the government department that the DEV said he'd already contacted to help with distribution, and they had no idea whatsoever about what was going on, pointed out his false phone number, and a few other problems as well)
I think it's rather fitting that the price has crashed like a stone. At around 1 Euro per person value, do you really think the DEV is going to distribute the coins come the "airdrop" day? Are people even going to bother to claim them? There's absolutely no interest in the coin over here, no media coverage, no local word of mouth interest, nothing at all.
And as for spending the pre-mine, which was, from the outset, not going be touched at all..... until the dev "changed his mind"
Anyway, to anyone who's trading these - that's your prerogative - it's just a shame that the Cyprus name has been used for something as shameful as this.

Personally I think if this is the case, where the developer has no intention of distributing the is coin via a airdrop and that they are offloading these coins for their own benefit, then with all the publicity around cryptocurrency at the moment then the cyprus government should get involved as this is giving false promises to the Cypriot people all be a small token.
It wouldn't take long for the government to trace the developer of this coin.

It doesn't look good, that's for sure. Whatever the fate of this coin is, there isn't much reason to trade it at the moment. Even with the Auroracoin airdop being successful, the capital drain since has made the country coin environment appear toxic, even when you trust the dev is going to make it happen. Personally though it seems as though the price of Bitcoin is at the edge of a cliff at the moment, I'm leaving all my coins in their wallets and waiting to see how things go

I think the coin just needs to get listed at mintpal. Nobody of us knows whats the plan of the devs. It is still more than 3 weeks until the airdrop. You can't say it is scam. I heard they gave a bit of the premine to pay advertisers. I dont think that is something bad...

I've had enough of these advertised for a country's currency, and all are pre-excavation, the market value artificially high, I would not waste a penny of this money is. This money with Poland, Spain, Aurora, Silicon Valley, what qub...

I know for a fact that a big group of people got some of the premine to push the coins value. They made a deal and they wanna push the value and giving all of the coins back. So I don't think the dev dumped it. The group is also big on twitter in promoting APH. just take a look and you will see what kind of group it is. Did you check the main wallet?

like I wrote above. I am pretty sure that was not the dev. I know the leader of this "group" and he told me the story. If you wanna find out who it is just take a look on twitter who is the biggest supporter of APH there.

I am beginning to wonder now if JulianL is a sock puppet of developer or works for them . No one can be that stupid. Can someone be this blinded by blind faith in anonymous "developer" who has been lying from start?
