It seems this site is not accepting bitcoins nor any other cryptos for betting with them hence I guess most gambler from this crypto community may not be interested on this platform. Honestly, it may be a very old betting platform but that alone will not be a criteria for better gambling experiences.

Those two image clearly shows that the site is accepting crypto. Moreover, the first image is taken from the main page once you open the link of betonline.

This site was established in 2004 and I never heard about it until now which is quite strange in my opinion. Based on what I have read about it, it seems to be one of the most popular gambling websites for US bettors which is why I might give it a shot.

Their promotional offerings are alright and might give it a whirl. It seems that Bitcoin and Litecoin are the only accepted cryptocurrencies here which is why it would be better if they offered more options like ETH etc.

The real problem here might be, there are two sites in the name of betonline; Betonline.ag and Betonline.com

Betonline.com might be a fake one. I just tried http://www.betonline.com/sportsbook which is not at all loading.
(I checked this alone for options for bitcoin option as OP mentioned about this domain).
Betonline.ag seems like a professional site and they are listing bitcoin as one of available payment option.

The reviews was very completed from the history of the site, how to register and payout or deposit method and they accept bitcoin and Litecoin but regarding withdraw method for crypto unfortunately it was only available for the players from America and how about their reputation here that last time i see the post above me given bad feedback for them

Betonline is entire new and I haven't come across any such till date. Most of the reputed gambling sites to prove the legitimacy they promote through different services.

Even on trustpilor 90% of reviews are bad (https://www.trustpilot.com/review/betonline.ag). Even though the website might me very old this doesnt mean it is the best. There are websites who last for years, during wich they only scam people who are to stupid to do a research first before giving them free money.

I used their site quite a lot in the past but haven't logged to it for ages literally. I didnt even knew it was still online.
But I cant deny that all this negative trust really may be an issue when they want to get new users from this forum

There are many registered companies with license that scammed people over the years and I don't think we should trust a gambling website anymore just because they say they are licensed. Most people don't even check if that license is valid or not so it's irrelevant anyway. Betonline has a lot of scam accusations and people complain about their money so I don't think you can call it a good gambling website even though it is online for so long
