Hello,
Perhaps there is a logical explanation to this.

My Cryptopia doge address: D9hCkZkeUtJCKQSPA6wpY3nue5oG1ARcCu

last deposit in: Hash   e20c18b4011be4104b96f3fb24bc79b520725272f591c5d65d83112d82166999
Appeared in block 2557232 at 2019-01-13 16:41:43 -0800 (Jan 13 day before they went down)

next transaction:Hash   5e403b7bcd3690ead074826f850c82f139e89e62e3a17419bf31d2524c2a06d1
Appeared in block 2598697 at 2019-02-12 15:45:47 -0800 (Feb 12 - unable to access site)

https://dogechain.info/address/D9hCkZkeUtJCKQSPA6wpY3nue5oG1ARcCu

It was only 5k, not so worried about amount, but am concerned as it appears to be withdrawn. Is there a possible explanation that is not bad news for users? Thanks.

that is how every exchange that existed so far works. you don't own these addresses, the exchange owns them instead. so when you deposit something they have control over the coins.

what happens in the background is that there is an automatic system in place which moves the coins that are deposited immediately either to their cold storage or uses them as payments to other user's withdrawals. it has nothing to do with their site gong down.

It's a normal thing, sometime after you make a deposit for the currency, Went the deposit already confirmed on the blockchain. They will send the deposit to the main address of exchange automatically. Also Crytopia still not yet finish the problem, they will move all fund to the cold storage to make it secure.

Coins are moving inside the exchange addresses, this is normal and you really do not own your addresses. You only get it at the time of use, so the service can use it as it wants. At the same time, Cryptopia, in my opinion, is lost and will never return a reputation.

Cryptopia was hacked. That's why hackers can still be playing the coins. Loaded coins were stolen. They said they were trying to save it, but it's hard.

Dont worry, according to the reports Doge coins werent hacked. Exchanges have an ecosystem where they keep moving the coins depending on withdrawals and deposits, so, your deposit was probably withdrawn by someone else or just moved to a new address to accumulate the coins. I think cryptopia is back up and running so, please contact support incase you still cant access your funds.
