Not really, coins that have low trading volume may be because they are not yet popular and have not been much looked at by traders or investors, but actually the coins have good opportunities and potential going forward, maybe time will talk

I don't think so, or rather we have to look at a variety of factors, not just from the volume because other things can also be used as references to assess coins such as market conditions, if market conditions are bad then I can tolerate coins that have low volume because at that time people's interest in crypto was low but if the market was in good condition, I would say that something was wrong with that coin

Is it very bad if a coin has a low daily trading volume?  The known coins have at least 6 figures or more traded daily at the very minimum.  And of course btc and the top 10 coins are traded in the millions and even billions daily.

If its not a coin less than 3 months, it is bad and one should be careful because in most cases it is an indication of low interest from the market which is a reflection of the projects bad marketability

I think trading low-volume coins is not always bad, but it's not good for daily trading and coins like that are good for a long time.

A coin having a low trading volume means it has no huge community and that is very bad. The worst thing that may happen is when exchanges start delisting such coins as a result of low or zero volumes.

if it's been in the market for a long time but its trading volume is low means people aren't interested in that altcoin, it's better to avoid altcoin that have a low trading volume because there are so many altcoins that have a large volume of trading and have the potential to increase in value.

I think its bad or not wise decision when we decide to invest in low volume coin. Its very risky because the liquidity very low and cryptocurrency is very risky market. New coin can come and old could go. If we decide to invest on altcoin, better choose coin with big liquidity and always have daily transaction in market

Such coins are pretty dangerous, because you never know what stands behind it. In my opinion good trading volume is a sign that this coin is used by a lot of members of our crypto community. Trading volume is extremely important for a good coin.

What daily price is considered low for trading volume?  WHat about medium?  What about high?

Despite of low trading volume on altcoins, there is another fact that the dominance of bitcoin fell gradually. It discloses that capital flows switched gradually from bitcoin to altcoins. What does the capital flow switch mean? The crypto market might have another growth wave for altcoins, on massive scale. It's hard to say when it happens, because bitcoin will play important role on such altcoin massive growth. When bitcoin break the price at $9000, altcoins will move up, or if bitcoin can maintain its price stable above $8000, altcoins will move up.

I don't think it's that bad because I have seen coins that have low trading volume and later on the volume increased as they started having demands. Some project during development might experience low trade volume because there is nothing to push the price

Not good definitely:) For several reasons:
1. There is no attention to project from people. That means the project is unpopular, low hype level, people dont want to buy it.
2. Low liquidity. If you want to buy a lot of that coin, you can pump it very much(or dump if sell).
3. Big exchanges can delist coins if there are no interest to them, low volumes etc. So investors can "stuck" in it for a long time.

In my opinion, a coin that has a low volume on the market is indeed bad because it shows that the coin does not have many users. most traders always use coins that already have a lot of volume and are not too risky.

This is why demand and supply comes at this situation, obviously the reason why is the lack of investment in the project so they cant get hig demand of investments so they can afford to list the altcoins in top exchangers, second is the quality of the project that investors will see first. So if the project cant get hig demand of investments and a lot of supplies left then the price is going low after listing the tokens.

Well, and that there are few volumes, it can behave if you look at the charts like top coins, but not so popular, and there are no numbers. Not scary.

Usually if altcoin has a very small daily volume, it is very bad, most likely due to the fact that few people are interested in this altcoin, but sometimes it happens vice versa, just all holders of this token wait for news from the company from which they have tokens to start trading with this token again.

Low daily trading volume mean low liquidity and i think its not good as investment. Investment should be liquid and there is always buy and sell activity in market. Every investor must be want invest on project with big liquidity and i think better invest on project with big daily transaction volume

If a coin has low trading volume then it means people are not investing in that coin hence it is not a good coin to buy. Those with high trading volume are high on demand hence investing in it is a good idea.

As a trader altcoins with low volume is really bad, since there's only limited supply and only people can buy and sell it... if only people can buy and sell it then the price won't change a bit or it would took some time for people to buy or to sell their funds and sometimes no one is buying from that coin and in result you will forever be holding that coin without any change of price.
