I have an ETH wallet and there are many tokens in there. At least 20 erc20 tokens. Simple question. Is there a way to send all ERC20 tokens in one transaction to another ETH adress? February 23, 2019 Edit Here's the answer I've been waiting for. Everyone says it can't be done. I know we can't. The purpose of opening this thread was to see such new ideas. Thank you for your attention.

I don't think that's possible i guess, if you're looking to save from fees you should set your gwei low to save from fees, assuming you can wait, you should probably check this website if your looking for your ideal block time ethgasstation.info

I don't think there is a way to send several different tokens at once in one transaction at a time, like or not you have to send it one by one

I guess not. Each token has its own smart contract for transactions, remember when you make a transaction the first thing the token gets into the smart contract and then to the wallet that you specified.

To my best knowledge You can't do that. You can only send them one after the other. And sending them one after the other will require you paying transaction fees in eth for each of the transactions.

Nope, I don't think there are any possible way to instantly send all of your token to another wallet at once, you need to send it one by one. By the way, I wonder why do you want to move all of your tokens to another wallet?

I don;t think so either. If the purpose of sending all tokens to another wallet is to save the tx fees, then the only way I guess is to set it to the lowest gas price.

In this situation, you are thinking about how to save the transaction fee. But that's your interest. Why do you think the miners should give you their income? The token market is distributed and everyone wants to have their share of income. Each token must be transferred in a separate transaction. You should be grateful to ETH for not having to have 20 wallets.

Good question and the answer is no. Your question led me another question to ask for the visitors. Instead of opening a new topic for that I will ask it here. How do we send ETH to multiple users? I am not talking about one after another. In Electrum we have send to many options like this does Ether have the same function? Cheers :-)

It is not possible to send all tokens in one transaction, and wherever the market is the same, it must be one by one. And are all of your tokens available in one market? Even though the token address must be different.

As far as I know it is not possible to make many ERC20 tokens into one transaction but its possible to send one ERC20 tokens to many address. This question was asked in the reddit a year ago Moving multiple ERC20 tokens in one transaction, is this possible? after reading the whole thread still the answer I found is can't be done.

I wish there was. Transferring hundreds of different tokens and spending gas for each token is quite a pain. Have you gotten access to someone else's wallet?)
It's probably a wallet specifically used for airdrops and bounties. I had one too.

I don't think so, each token have unique smart contract. Didn't hear that different tokens transact one-time in erc20 wallet. Each token provided by companies is unique toward projects so that impossible to merge different token in one transaction.

It is not possible to send all the ERC20 tokens at once. All can be sent one after the other. Enough gas fee should be made available so that all can be sent. In less than 10 minutes you can succeed in sending all.

sent several tokens in one transaction I have never found. because every transaction for one token is sent. Why should you think about something like that, sending 20 tokens only requires a small gas fee and won't drain the contents of your wallet.

I think the question is why the new Myetherwallet application? Basically it is not possible, but I think applications like the bulk sender can provide this. I'm not sure exactly what users can give more detailed information.

Question answered but please give me a chance to answer my question. What's the reason for the "migrate"? The only thing I could see is you might accidentally exposed your private key to someone and that you're afraid he'll transfer all your funds to his wallet? Am I just overthinking?

As far as I know, no. Each token must be sold separately, you will not be able to sell everything at once in one click. Therefore, all your little things that are difficult to collect in place and it is a pity to send to the exchange because of the commissions will remain in the wallet.

AFAIK, there is no such way to do so. Each tokens have their own contract address which means you have to make a transaction for each token. So if you have 20 tokens for instance, then you need to make 20 transactions.

It is impossible to send all tokens at once, you need to make transactions that correspond to the smart contract. I think it's a good idea for development. I think you can create a bot or software in which you can register addresses and smart contract tokens for transactions !

Yes, it's possible to do that and, in fact, is something that some ICOs do. The way to do that is through a smart contract in which you introduce the receivers addresses and the amounts you are going to send. I don't know if you can do this through MEW or another wallet as well.

No, you can't send all your ERC 20 tokens in one transaction and I know only one token per transaction so if you have a lot of ERC 20 tokens you need to have multiple transaction in order to transfer it to another ERC 20 wallet. Lastly, the only way to transfer your all erc 20 token is to have multiple transactions.

it will never be able to, if you want to receive the erc20 token that you have then you have to do it one by one, if you send everything with 1x the transaction will never be able to because of the different blockchain and platforms so that the delivery must be done one by one.

That is not possible right now. I'm not even sure there is a bot that can be created to execute this transfer. Sending 1 set of tokens can be done with bulk senders. I doubt it can be used to send variety of different tokens at a go

You can use MEW wallet to transfer them token after token, but unfortunately I do not know any tool that allows to send all tokens at once. I think it is impossible, because you need to pay a gas fee for each transaction that you make.

No one understand the cryptos better so ranks are not determining the knowledge here. And if there is no way for doing something it can be found by raising a quation about it just like we found all the things now invented are asked by someone and made them into an idea later.

There is no way that could be possible so don't even bother yrself in thinking there could be solution to that , just send each to tradeable exchange where each could be sold with different transaction fee , but each token can go once but for different token it has to be separate.

Absolutely not, I don't think there is anyone can help you out of this problem cause it's impossible to send all different token by creating 1 transaction only. But why don't you send all your tokens to the same exchange (if all your tokens listed on the same exchange) then sell them all to ETH or BTC then it'll much easier to transfer your crypto

I don't think that will be possible because each token/coin has it's own smart contract and every smart contract is designed in a way that it only accepts supported addresses. So in one transaction, you will probably be able to send tokens/coins to just one type of token. This is how much I have understood until now.

Never done it in MEW but I wouldn't encourage you to do so since sending tokens is like a risky action. Sending the wrong token to a wrong address is a complete screw up to your sanity, it is quite easily mistaken because you don't have any good indicators that you're really sending at that specific contract address unlike when Bitcoin and ETH you could easily distinguish by means of the format of address where ETH almost forms 0x.... while Bitcoin depends on the address type you're using whether Segwit or the legacy ones.
It seems to me that there is no need to skimp on the price per transaction and always transfer your funds in several parts. In any case, there is a risk of not only sending coins to someone else’s address by mistake, but a transaction may also freeze, which will be very difficult to unblock.

That feature has not been added yet to the ethereum blockchain but you can send the ethereum team a message and see is they are going to include that in the new release. I don't even think that with ethereum you can send a lots of transaction at once, you have to send it one at a time unlike bitcoin that enables you to send a particular amount to so many wallet address at a time.

I would also like to know about this method, because I do not know such methods. But 20 tokens is still not much, that's when you need to transfer 200 tokens to another wallet, there certainly will have to sweat to transfer each token separately.

Thank you for your attention. It good that the issues was raised so that the community could find a solution to fix limitation of sending multiple transaction once through a ethereum wallet but after doing alot of research I found something which seems interesting i'e a site which was said to provide the mass transaction over ethereum network but I havent try it out to confirm if the does work fine though. As a hero member I don't think you should asking the simply question, most of the member already answer the question, we can't move all the tokens in one transaction to another address, not too much token, just do it one by one.
No one understand the cryptos better so ranks are not determining the knowledge here. And if there is no way for doing something it can be found by raising a quation about it just like we found all the things now invented are asked by someone and made them into an idea later. Some dont know that members ranking doesn't justify the level of ones knowledge about crypto market, code, developing etc.

I have an ETH wallet and there are many tokens in there. At least 20 erc20 tokens. Simple question. Is there a way to send all ERC20 tokens in one transaction to another ETH adress?
I don't think that is possible for now. there's no option like that in myetherwallet as of now. me too i need to dispose some of my unvalued token to clean up my wallet.

It does not seem that this will happen, all to a certain extent transactions with the Ethereum wallet are tokens of one denomination ERC20.

No. This unfortunately can not be done. You need to send each type of token separately. In this case, a transaction fee you will have to pay for each token.

As far as I know, it's impossible. At least I haven't seen this feature in MEW. If you have many tokens, you will have to send them one by one.

if you had multiple tokens in your wallet selling all the things that you have in one time it will not be possible at any situation because the market looks like unhealthy nowadays so if you are in a critical situation you will not do anything against the markets so hold down for the good time.

Maybe you can code your own smart-contract, I will be very cautious using someone else smart contract for this purpose.

Since they all belong to different contract addresses, there is no way you can send all at once. So you will have to do that one after the other. Had it been you are talking of sending the same token to different ETH addresses, that is very much possible, but in your own case, it is totally different. Well, I might be wrong, but that is what I know.

No, there is no way to send all token at once. It is a simple matter to understand that different token has a different contract address. There are no multiple selection systems in crypto. Sorry to say that, Your rank is Hero member, but you asked a newbie question and that Question is also shady! Did you just get someone's private key?

Mate, I feel the same way, it's strange! His ID rank is Hero member but he wants to send all tokens at once! Everyone does know that Different token has a different contract system, and some token needs to add manually in Myetherwallet or others wallet, so it is not possible for now. But by seeing the recent update and features of Myetherwallet, I think, in future, we will have multiple selection systems features! What do you think?

Being a senior member doesn't mean he have to know everything. Asking questions is the best way to learn even if the question looks dumb. Instead of focussing on OP's rank, would be better to start thinking of the easiest way to send different tokens from an address to another.

This is quite strange and virtually impossible You need to send out tokens one transaction at a time as each token require different level of gas fees and other skits too

Someday ago, I felt the same. I mean I wanted to make a store wallet where my best holding coins will be stored. So, I wished I can move all the coins at once! Though there is no way till now, but, I hope one day the crypto wallet will have this feature for all the same kinds coin. All ERC20 coin can be transferred at the same time, and all the TRC20 coin can be shifted at once! Day by day the crypto technology will be improved for sure, So, we can expect this feature also. But for now, it is not possible, mate.

It's not possible to send different ERC 20 tokens in your wallet at once to another wallet. You must send them tokens by tokens, individually.

If you do not know how to write smart contracts, then you will not be able to do it. I think for the average user is not so difficult to send each coin in a separate transaction. But if you want to learn, learn more about writing smart contracts.

Yes, it's possible to do that and, in fact, is something that some ICOs do. The way to do that is through a smart contract in which you introduce the receivers addresses and the amounts you are going to send. I don't know if you can do this through MEW or another wallet as well.
I really needed to know if we can do that with the normal wallets. I have not seen any feature with MEW thought. Has anyone used ETH core wallet here? May be the core will have the feature. Cheers :-)

Because as far as I know there is no way for you to send all the erc20 token in one sending only I think it's not hard to send the erc20 in the other wallet even you send it one by one so you can sure that there is correct and you will not having problem.

All i know is that, you need to sent all those different tokens one by one, except you have a single token in you wallet, even with enormous amount it would be able to be sent once, but if there are many different tokens then there is no other way that doing it once at a time.

This is quite simple. You need to know better about the usage access of wallets and a common thinking about it. For each token withdrawal it has got separate contract address, upon that we need different transactions to be made for each and every tokens available in the wallet. Till date I haven't come across any such wallet access, maybe in future this might happen.

Whats the purpose of sending it all on one time? I hope you're not asking this so you can hack someone and easily move the tokens at once. Cause if this is the reason, then you want to learn how it can be move faster so you can get your hands on it so fast. Kidding aside, but I hope this isn't your purpose of knowing the answer to your question. But thr answer isnt possible, you need to do it one by one.

I don’t think that there is such a way, although it would be very cool, but the fact is that in any case you will have to pay for gas, which is not expensive today, so I don’t think that some difficulties may arise, the biggest difficulty this time!

Ops intention is to save the gas fee which can be higher if the transactions were happening many times. But as far as I know it is impossible to transact the different tokens at the same transactions.

No. You need to send/transfer each name of token manually. It's not difficult if you only have 20 different tokens. However, the fee could be costly for you.

I think you want to back up all the tokens to your new wallet, but I don't know how to do it myself and I don't think it's possible to do it at once. Better to send one by one because 20 tokens are still spelled out a little and don't take much time to send it

According to mechanics of ETH it's not possible at all, because when you're want to send an ERC20 token you send transaction to the smart contract of that particular token. So you will need a few transactions to move all your tokens one by one.

Thank you for your attention.I have never really thought about this before because I think that send all tokens at the same time will have many more risk and be difficult to control

It's impossible. You just imagine how it would look) 20 completely different tokens ERC 20 just physically can not fit in one block. This is bullshit.
It's not impossible. Everything is possible with smart contracts... You are right, I also think it can do it, but I don't know how to do it. In smart contracts, everything is always possible

I just sent only 1 kind of token at one transaction but I think it would be a good idea to send many transaction at just one time for many bounty payments.

But ya, it use smartcontract to do it. And if all people can do it maybe it will not good anymore.

I really wish that this is possible. They are multiple tokens in my wallet that could go to one exchange and if sending them at once was possible it would have been good but sending one by one is time consuming. There should be an update in Ethereum apps in the future.

It is consuming more gas fee as well so in future someone can design a wallet which is capable of sending multiple tokens at once or atleast the same blockchain based.

But if youre sending different tokens at one address isnt possible unless you can crack codes and do it free hand.

I tried to do this sometime ago though not completely solved this, but I did finish my smart contracts that is used to send eth to a bunch a different addresses.
My response to your question is this, maybe we can use the authorize function to allow the new address to "grab" the entire balance of each token.
Using the test net is nice, but I think it adds too much compoundity to an already complex topic. Using the main net erases the confusion of what is "real v. not real". Smart contract is too complex for This.Basically I just need to figure out how to turn a csv list of addresses into Web3 commands via geth.

What take you to send them one after the other since they're not more than 20, only scammer will love that idea of sending someone token at a time.

I am waiting for a moment when we can pay gas with tokens. Just imagine you have hundreds of shitcoins and instead of wasting your time to sell on etherdelta, you can simply use them for gas fee

I don't know how bulk delivery is done, but I've seen that there are users who have done it before. Since the Ethereum network did not attract so much attention, I was never interested in researching such things. I've been reading the comments written here and reading the comments to see if there's a solution, which is how I got the solution message. But as I mentioned, I am not interested in this network structure, so I did not examine the article and the answer in detail. For this reason, I add the article link to my archive so that I have the opportunity to reach the article quickly when I have such a need.

Actually if there would some kind of a contract added to eth network for this kind of purposes, it would be great. Like when you think your account may compromised you can transfer everything to any other address. On the other hand, if your address compromised, hackers would move all tokens easily too.

It seems to me that in any case it will be necessary to do certain actions about the withdrawal of your funds from the compromised wallet. It will be very stupid if this is not done.

Thank you for the useful information, that is a smart way actually but a bit difficult especially if you are not good with programming on solidity, Also I don't think you can sell them in a fair price coz usually when people see you are in a hurry they try to take advantages.

It's not impossible. Everything is possible with smart contracts... For one transaction can not be done, because in the ETH network for any transaction of the token, there is an appeal to its smart contract. Accordingly, payment for gas is for each transaction. In the summer a hacker hacked my MEW wallet and stole all the tokens. The bot was worked, but all the transactions were different, went one after another with an interval of 2-3 minutes.

I have been using MEW for over a year and I have the same problem. It took me a long time to move each token to a new address, so I also wanted to know how to transfer all in one transaction.

If you've got hundreds of tokens than a smart contract can be a good way to achieve it. But again if you are already transferring everything than what's the use of making a new wallet. So, the best way still is to manually transfer the tokens you need to a designated wallet.

You can already send transactions for less than $0.01 if you are willing to wait for the transaction. The great thing about erc-20 is that companies can create a digital asset on an established network without the chance of a 51% attack on their own chain.

There is no way to move all token at a time, some token still not added. After hacked any wallet this will be urgent to move others token which token will be valuable.
You could also argue that if there is such an option, the hacker also has the option to move all tokens with a few clicks.

I have never found this method and maybe if there is one I do not want to do this because I think the manual method will be better because we can do monitoring on each transaction to reduce address errors.

There is no way. Even many ICO sent coins manually and wrote about it in the chat. Perhaps there is a script, but it seems to me that it is not.

There must be something like a script because a lot of transactions come in batches and it looks like they are automated when they come from ICOs.

Knowing a way to do that will be nice but not encouraging, imagine if that has been happening there will be no remedy for a hacked wallet because everything will be send out at once and that won't be nice at all. The manual thing seems good and okay as for now.

It's good and bad as there are pros and cons. If there was a 2FA in place that you have to activate first before enabling a "send all at once" function, it would be a good function to have.

It's actually not possible and I believe it's because the different tokens have different contract addresses, and also require different gas to execute. There's also need for transaction hash for each transaction, to avoid a situation where one or more tokens fail to be mined it's necessary each transaction has its id.

Thank you for your attention.Hmm, it is a good idea to find a way for sending multiple tokens in one transaction. Because you can reduce the gas fee if you only send it in a single transaction. If you have 20 tokens, you supposed to send them with 20x gas fee. But with single transaction, it means you only use 20x less gas fee, smart.

No, there is no such way but you can use bots like auto-macro. Just send one token to other address and record the process through macro and execute it.

I think it's not possible to to sent several coin at once. all we can do is sending all the coins that present in a single wallet one by one at a time. I still can't seen any option to do that.

Wow, that's info so great, i think cant but this is the answer. I read that article but so hard to understand, and worry about my token, so even can transfer all ERC-20 token, im not try that trick.
