That's true many people think negativity instead of think positive side about crypto. Yes it's hard to predict anything and no one knows if bull runs come or not yet. There's always a chance but people do ignore it, and  just looking into rush price opportunities that made them decide of selling quicker. The situation made them realize after seeing price increases gradually. More of them had been regretful against what they took an action of letting go crypto, and leaving as if no chance due to previous downfalls. Lack of self control and patience is the resistance behind this circumstances, and it needs more time to learn in order to acquire good chances.

It was very much on the cards of the bull run around the corner and many people has already called that when it was below 3500$ it was near bottom and those who had being buying is already making good profits on the btc or other best altcoins.

I have no way of knowing if this is going to continue to go up, and I try not to be in the "vanity of my imagination" about such things.  One thing I know is that a lot of people talk to me about cryptocurrency, and they don't invest.  They don't get 30% on their money in a week like they could have if a little more trusting and tried harder to study things they don't understand.  Some of these people understand, it's just that I guess they've learned not to trust their fellow man enough.   So, I wasn't referring so much to people already trading but people who just keep talking about it and keep missing the opportunities.  They have to get their feet wet, do the work.  They're not just going to put down a thousand in a top 30 coin index fund, there's really no way to do that now.

if you still have capital, why not buy more assets. I myself believe that all people who have crypto assets are optimistic about the development of crypto in the future. therefore they invest.

But you're right, people should invest when prices are down and they shouldn't miss this opportunity. It seems to me that there is no need to talk about the lost chances for cryptocurrency users. Of course, if we take into account the year 2009, when Bitcoin had a price of up to one dollar, then this chance for investment lost everything.
