2. We were never approaching potential investors with an unfinished website and whitepaper, just advisors who could help us develop.
3. There is a huge difference between a project launch and a website launch.

We are a private company, that has bought a piece of land in Kazakhstan and made an agreement with the government on energy purchase, as well as obtained all the permits necessary for construction and operation. You might ask, why is crowdfunding necessary? Renewable energy is still very expensive to fund and one of the best ways to achieve the goal is crowdfunding. That is why we have made sure the WHN token carries some added benefits to the investors. We think there is no doubt about the necessity of renewable energy entering the market at a higher number. That is why we are glad to work together with the government of Kazakhstan on making this a reality. In time, as more renewable energy project are built, the prices will lower.

I still have some doubts. On your website is the logo of an information service that has written something about Windhan. This portal has not been in existence for more than a year (it has been bought and changed its name), so of course there is no article about your project - I am talking about The Merkle here. We have one local operations team in Kazakhstan and one global team of blockchain, ICO, marketing etc. professionals.
Kazakhstan is a great place to start a project like this. The government of Kazakhstan is set on being carbon neutral by 2050. They also have a huge potential for producing renewable energy. It is measured that by wind power alone they could produce 10 times more energy than their whole county uses in a year. Not every county has this potential and this determination.

Okay, I just hope that your project will reached soft cap and get enough funds to run the project, but I think investors are less interested in projects that have large softcaps and too long funding times.

We have bought land in Kazakhstan and we plan to build a massive wind park there. The Kazakhstan government has pre-purchased electricity from us for the next 15 years. Our web-based platform will be available for other renewable energy projects to get funding. Carbon credits will be sold/bought via our platform. People can pay their electricity bills with the WHN token regardless of where they live. Kazakhstan locals will be able to buy electricity directly from us.

The institution for most of the energy section or projects request are more from the government which should be reliable but most individual investors are scared of a lot confidential information the team of such partnership keeps. What are the legal process that might also be involved in such project.
