This is an clear indication why experience is more important for a team than compared to skills,DC layers are very good at the skills but not having enough experience made them into loss and I never thought any team in the IPL will lose 8 wickets for 7 runs and all started from Pant's irresponsible batting sense while only needed 23 runs from 21 balls.

What about a match fixing  
Not only this match, a lot of match from IPL seems to be fixed to me. Just my guess. I have no clue, by the way. Things happen but sometimes it seems manipulation is going on.

Few other matches seems to be fixed for me since the begginning of the tournament but not the last DC's match,read the above comment to get my idea why I am saying it is not fixed.

This boy SM Curran has a long way to go and hope he do well in the future.

This is the same guy who stole the Test match from Indian when India visited England last year. matches this season producing lots of surprise and excitement. Only RCB's matches are one-sided most of the times.

And like @Thanasis and @Pffrt mentioning that these unexpected outcomes and thrilling matches could be the result of match-fixing, one could not close his-her eyes from this because there is always the possibility of Fixing.

Careful. Stop spreading rumors without any sort of concrete proof. Anyone can say that a match is fixed, but do you have the proof to support it?

Face the truth. Delhi messed up horrendously and Punjab seriously turned the match in an insane manner. This is easily one of the biggest upsets in IPL history.

Shreyas Iyer has played 50 IPL match, Pant- 42 IPL match along with 15 international t20, Ingram is fairly new to IPL but played 31 oneday international, Chris Moris- 52 IPL with 23 international t20. Those are enough for having the sense that we are winning the match easily. This match is quite fishy to me, no matter what you say. However, it also possible that they need more experience to win such a match.

I think dhawan is the only player from DC played more than 100 matches on IPL and the other were under 50 and being a captain will not have much freedom to play as other players so this is one concern for Iyer for not making into a play.Clearly it is lack of experience from other players turned the match on KXIP Punjab so nothing fishy for me.Whatever just take it easy and look forward how the remaining matches they are going to play.

I agree that Delhi's team overall was very balanced in comparison of Punjab when one look at up their Batting line-up, they are fairly experienced as well. But sometimes these things happen in cricket, these kinds of fuck-ups are tended to happen in the shorter format of the game mostly where tide changes according to balls and good shot or one bad shot.

I feel that Match-fixing is not the case here, we can only blame the Delhi's batting and praise Sam Curren. Having said that I am not implying that Match-fixing never happens in such leagues, it does happen from time to time, but without solid proof, we can only guess, that's it.

Stop guys, I predicted it earlier and that's what happened. Dehli's batsman aren't dependable. They are less experienced. There's no fixing. It was to happen because rest of the players were nothing but trash.

Pant and Ingram is batting now and they need 50 more run in 6 overs which seems pretty easy win for Delhi but if they lose one wicket earlier, the match may turn into a drama.

I bet on RCB and I feel that they can pull off a win here especially after all the backlash they received thanks to their performance in the last match.

Kohli is behind forced into a corner which is a bad thing for the opposing team since we all know how he can roar in such situations.

I think RR will have better chance than RCB because RCB isn't playing too good nowadays. RR batsman are playing average and they have good bowlers too. I think the match will be competitive but at the end, RR will win.

No, Smith is playing today. Ashton Turner is not the playing XI but the chance was there for him to be in the playing XI.

RR choose to bat? I think you have mistakenly written this. RR choose to bowl. Virat said he was also looking to bat first. Who knows what they have planned. I think a big score will be there today.

Anyway, RCB looks good so far. 29 runs after 4 over without losing any wickets. They just need to score more. I high score can secure the win for them however both team is desperate to have their first win in this season.

This RCB team seems useless.
I though they will score big today but looking at the momentum now it's understandable that they lost it. May be they will lose again.
