Yes, it is undeniable that I am very depressed because of the current price, but if it continues to be considered it will cause a very high level of stress for me, so I personally try to think positively and keep trying to rise from some losses.

Exactly, a temporary dumped market and we should not feel bad everyday, don’t think that this market will die. Bear market, we should be able to take advantage of this condition well, because basically, it's the allure of the potential benefits that you can produce in the future. Maybe you can rationalize it in your head as an objective perspective that thing makes sense. Mostly the crypto price targeted by crypto users is a relatively low purchase price because to increase some percentage of profits it's definitely more than possible.

Yeah right now is the best time to buy. When everyone is already down 90%, no one wants to sell but those that are selling, will really regret that in the future.

They will not regret it if they will still have thousands of coins in their possession. For such people it's a win-win situation: Bitcoin falls - they are glad they sold at higher price, Bitcoin rises - their bankroll becomes greater than before. Don't stop if we cannot make a profit in the bear market because I am sure that there will be a way for us to see a good chance to get a buy price and sell at the high price. Maybe we cannot see that opportunity in the market because we already got stress because of the other coin, but if we can calm down for a while and still making analysis, I am sure that the chance to see a good price will be there. Trying over and over will give another benefit too for us which we can add more experience in any situations so we can make a decision related to the situations.

If one's been here for at least 2 years they'd know that slumps like this do happen. There's not much that can be done in situations like this but just observe and expect a turnaround soon. Might take up until next year for the trend to break though.

If it's the case then there's really nothing that can be done. Selling off won't cut loss. Might as well leave it there and try to forget about it.

I guess it's hard to move on when you're already stressed out with bear market trading, but we needed to adjust with the current movement of the market. I agree with the hold part but not the do not monitor part. You'd have to check regularly so you don't get shocked by sudden changes. Sure you can set trades but it's still better to check so you can respond accordingly.
