I think if there are still traders or beginner investors who are still like that then it will only make themselves a loss because it will definitely be easy to be affected by bad news or good news so they will always panic and not be calm when they see price movements in the market.

Completely agree with you, mate. It's better off to forget about the prices these days and focus more on studying about Bitcoin's Blockchain technology. The way I see it, all the buzz has been mostly because of the Blockchain instead of cryptocurrencies themselves. Mainstream businesses, companies, banks, and governments are deeply interested in Blockchain technology than specific cryptocurrencies. This means that if you study about the latest advancements in Blockchain tech, you could have an insight on which cryptocurrencies are the best for holding long term.

With the upcoming Bitcoin halving, more regulations on crypto, new futures trading platforms like Bakkt, and more, a bull market is bound to approach soon. What we need to do is remain calm, because there will be light at the end of the tunnel. No one knows how long the bear market will last. But, taking the decision of selling a portion of your holdings into Fiat while preserving the rest for the future is a smart move.

Avoiding stress is actually a good idea for everything, not just bear market. If you get stressed too much you will make wrong moves, when you make wrong moves it can cost a lot. Stress is a killer, and that`s the truth in every way you can think off. Living without a stress and trading without a stress sounds like mission impossible, but when you can`t avoid it try to lower it as much as you can. It`s never pleasant to see your investment going down, have in mind that you can`t change much and that stress can`t help, so chill and wait for better days.

Since we can't do much for changing this situation for the better, I agree with you, we shouldn't be stressed about it. Bitcoin has been getting new adopters every day, and we just have to wait until the amount they buy is greater than the amount sold by whales on a daily basis. Only like 2,000 people knew about the internet in the 70's so development was privatized but blockchain technology is being developed openly by the public, that's a huge difference. We are suffering the hypes and depressions of such volatile changes in price discovery because no one really clearly knows how much blockchain and cryptocurrencies should be worth or could be worth so you might have an investment worth 5 dollars in the future or 1 million, make sure you choose projects with great vision, leadership, development and market share.
