OP is spot on.  Never ceases to surprise me how and why people can expect a kind of non-stop, indefinite bull run.   Bear markets is essentially a fundamental part of the cycle.   More so in crypto because it still is in its infancy, despite the fact its been going on for a while.  The fact its not widely adopted yet or that the apples, the amazons or silicon valley folks of this world haven't adopted it means a much more slower evolution of blockchain tech, consequently the viability or feasibility.   I have read many horror stories of folks who have lost their homes, investing in bitcoin with quick returns of huge profits.  This attitude has to change.

Agree. It's better to relax often to clear your mind of any concerns related to the bear market. It's hard to keep track of every cryptocurrencies' progress, when the market is reacting wildly. Which is why, the best thing you could do is to invest into top-tier cryptocurrencies and forget about them for some time. Before you know it, the bull market will return leaving you with double or triple in returns.

One needs to know that the bear market is a normal behavior of cryptocurrencies since their inception. The situation is worse relative to stocks, since the field of crypto is still largely unregulated. Same thing with me, I’m quiet panicking before but right now i know that this market will recover again. I will also sold my token every time i see opportunities, this bear market will not last so i have to calm down and be brave to accept all the challenges. But didnt they already knew that bitcoin is volatile and wont go up all the time ?  As an investor you must also consider the risk before you invest  .  real investor do feel stressful at first but eventually they can cope up with stress because no all times bitcoin will be permanently down  . at some point bitcoin can also pump and investor can also earn a profit  .  its just give and take  . patience is what we need the most on this business if we trully want to earn a profit .

Yah, because of having  lot of bitcoin cause depressed to some individual because they are worry about their money. We know money is important in our life so that's why they want to gwt back their capital again and earn money. All we want is money so we need to help them and ourselves. Most of them exited already, never to be seen again until the time that bitcoin's price goes up again. It has really taken a long time and my friends who invested when the price was high are now complaining cause they all now feel like it is never going back up again. The only I keep giving them is never bother themselves about it anymore, all they have to do is just forget about everything and leave the money they have invested, cause I'm very sure that no matter how long it takes, there's still going to be a Bull run.

In its ten year history, this is the longest bear market that Bitcoin has ever had . There are lots of retail investors and individual traders that entered the crypto when it was at its peak price in 2017 and after that the price has dropped and they have seen huge loss within a short period of time. That's certainly true, mate. This year has experienced a considerable number of increases in price among several cryptocurrencies, in contrast to 2018. While Bitcoin is still hovering between the $3,900 - $4,000 mark, it's a sign that it will increase towards its original price levels soon. The bear market happened mostly because of Bitcoin, since all cryptos depend on its price movement across several exchanges. If Bitcoin experiences a massive decline in price, so will other altcoins.

The best thing we could do is to buy cryptocurrencies whenever they're in their deepest lows. This would allow you to earn more money over the long term as the bear market comes to an end. The wisest decision would be to remain calm in desperate situations as there's going to be light at the end of the tunnel in the future. most people do feel frustrated for now. but that's all I think, we must control so that we are not too frustrated with the conditions that are currently occurring. because the situation will not always be like this. so we have to calm ourselves with positive thinking.
