LOL how can a stress be a helper? Stress won't make anything good. Better find a way or thing that will remove your stress. Decline will always be there and you should get used to it. It's part of this economy wether you like it or not. Instead of stressing yourself, just think that price will always recover.

Exactly. One way or another, prices will recover. The crypto market, is similar to the stock market. This is true, especially when the driven factor of prices are events that happen within the mainstream world. Whenever there are positive news, cryptocurrencies start to rise in price at unprecedented levels. However, negative news usually tend to depress the whole crypto market. Knowing that volatility is one of the main characteristics of crypto, it should gives us a relief as prices can bounce back into their original levels.

Being stressed will make matters worse, as you'll be driven to sell all your crypto quickly without taking into consideration the losses involved. By panic selling, you'll be opening an opportunity for others to obtain cryptocurrencies at discounted prices. In effect, this brings a massive decline in price across the whole crypto market. But in my opinion the stress experienced by most people always leads to the negative or detrimental side, it will be very difficult to control stress, let alone change it to the positive side.

It is not something that is negative that you can flip out to be positive that easily and quickly. Stress can lead to depression, it is not that easy as you think. It is different from being tired, so I don't imagine what you're saying. I think we should not even be stressed out by these movements since we all know how volatile Bitcoin is, other cryptocurrencies as well. Every once in a while, prices tend to either increase or decrease across the crypto market. It's a normal trend that will continue to be like this until crypto dies. Right now, we're still in an accumulation phase because prices have increased in little increments. Once Bitcoin starts to rise exponentially in price the same way as in 2017, then it's safe to say that we're in a bull market. Stressing out is not an ideal decision within the crypto market, as you could regret yourself in the end.

In order to avoid panic selling and doing many undesired things, it's best to stay away from the crypto market and just hodl for a while. This won't work quite easily and some people will feel great stress, of course. some people will not be able to be patient with price increases that are very unpredictable nowadays. Thinking twice is better than doing crazy things.

I feel panic and fear will arise if the development of crypto currencies and crypto markets has decreased very rapidly, of course, here in investing, it takes confidence and patience from each investor and that is a capital that is very necessary

People been in that situation many times, if they still panic, that is their loss because dump is normal and pump is normal as well.

but if they are good at analyzing and not many people are stressed and panic to throw away their coins on a large scale then stress will not occur because they believe that their coins will increase again. realize it is only the game of the capital owners.
