None, every legitimate exchanges requires username and password to login of course, not unless you do person to person trade then that will not require any login information.

OP this'll be the best option as I can't find any instant exchange that doesn't require login to trade (without a scam accusations) after carryout some online research. Although I found numerous exchange tagged {exchange that requires little or no ID verification to trade}. If you're trying to stay anonymous then I suggest mercatox (although it requires login but needs no verification to trade below 1 BTC and doesn't need valid credentials to trade below 1BTC also) therefore you can still achieve the experience you wanted to have with an anonymous exchange on mercatox (as you can pose as anyone to trade below 1BTC).

You can exchange that quickly with blockchain.com's exchange though it requires you to login.

Can you answer why? P2P would only be your choice if you insist.

There is one exchange site where you can instantly convert crypto to crypto or Perfectmoney which is a well-known exchange you don't need to log in but it requires an email address for your receipt.

Why you dont want to login?

probably to avoid KYC, personal data collection, and to be fully anonymous
having a login means registering an account which usually followed by KYC procedure
but if the reason is avoiding KYC, most exchanges without fiat trade usually do not require KYC

For now shapeshift is the only option for you or else you need to move to an exchange where sign in needs but no KYC for small certain limit for example in Binance you can do daily trades upto 2 Bitcoin value without KYC verification.

Just use Binance. It has login, but it's probably the closest thing to what you want. I'm pretty sure they don't require KYC anyway, just for big balances probably. If you're worried about your ISP snooping on you, try registering an account through Tor(not sure if it's possible though), or probably through a reputable proxy/VPN that doesn't store your data and all that.

They still have enough trust to exchange 1 BTC to ETH. I do not say they will not scam you but I did not have a problem when exchanging with them.

if you do not want to sign in is to use Bulti-in exchange using exodus "It's a closed source wallet and I do not know if they collect data."

 - Try using Binance "need log-in but no KYC until 2 BTC"
 - use Currency exchange or Bitify.com "crypto exchange."

If you are in process to do this on forum, I encourage you to use escrow, otherwise, you probably will be scammed. Escrow will charge you a few bucks but guarantee you the safe deal.

One of simplest of exchanges I've used is UniEx. Though it requires you to create an account with just your email, you don't need to do any KYC or ID verification. Just select the currencies you want to send and receive, put in the amount, send the amount and as it gets 1 confirmation, your exchange would be complete.
And I haven't seen any scam accusation against them till now. Correct me if I'm wrong.
But unfortunately, it won't let you send BTC for ETH now. But if you don't mind waiting, stay tuned and check the site sometimes.

Just do the usual exchanges. Most of them have a 2 BTC daily limit when your KYC documents have not yet been verified.
The most frequent ones I have used are...
- Huobi Pro
- Binance
- Kucoin
- Okex

All you need is email log in and maybe at times 2FA.

Just got a recommendation for two exchangers without login, but don't have any experiences with them: Godex and Changer. They can be scam. They are told to be anonymous without needed email, but also don't know the fees. Maybe someone knows these services and can tell more. Would  be interesting.

I never heard about Godex, so I wouldn't trust it.

About Changer, I just found this:

I did a few small test exchanges no problem but the first time I did a larger exchange they claimed exchange complete but coins never received and the exchange is not on the blockchain. Emails to support are not being answered not a good sign. If this was just a stuck transaction support would be answering emails. Recommend you do not use changer.com.
