Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Forget about it Smiley

There are too many coins right now this is not a perfect timing to create "another" coin.

If you can't program it yourself, your only option would be to hire someone who can. Considering the literal thousands of altcoins, this won't be worth it. You'll get 2-3 altcoin fanatics mining for a few hours, then you'll be left with a dead network and a bill for whatever the coin cost to make.

I understand!
But if I don't mind the costs, what kind of a programmer do I need (c++, java, or what)? Would that person require specific crypto skills or a normal programmer without specific crypto knowledge will be good?

Outside from that one source, the person mentioned. How will your ALT coin launch should be the biggest challenge, making the ALT coin and hiring some talent isnt the real issue.

Whats your marketing look like, within this forum. Are you going to do a similar route with hunter coin?

Hi,

If you are serious enough and have lot of money, select some good altcoin devs. Ask for joint venture to develop your currency. Share your profits. Offer mixed mining to both of your coins in future.

It is hard for me to believe you have good alt coin idea with no idea about programming. After all every alt coin is created in this way. Having an idea to created super efficiency, easily accessible coin that is also ultra remote is not really an idea. But yeah, some people might code it for you if you pay them.
